西安地裂缝对明挖地铁闭合框架结构影响的模型试验研究

【摘要】 随着西安市城市规模的快速发展,交通问题日益突出,地下铁道的建设逐渐提上议事日程。但是由于自然和人为等因素的作用和影响,自70年代后期以来,西安市区先后出现了10余条地裂缝带,并且还在不断发展中,必将对即将修建的西安地下铁道工程造成严重的影响。由于地铁工程无法避让,必须穿越这些地裂缝带,并且不允许建成运营后出现大的破坏,因此明确地裂缝对地铁结构的影响机制、解决地铁穿越地裂缝带的问题就显得尤为重要。本文通过大比例尺(1:5)的地裂缝与地铁闭合框架结构模型试验,研究西安典型地层埋深20.0m范围内地裂缝活动对明挖法施工的地铁整体式闭合框架结构的影响机制,包括闭合框架结构的受力及破坏情况、结构附近土体的应力和变形情况等,确定了闭合框架结构的受力模式。用MARC有限元软件建立地裂缝与地铁闭合框架结构数值模型,通过数值计算,分析闭合框架结构在地裂缝影响下的受力及变形情况、结构附近土体的变形情况等,并与模型试验所得结果进行对比,对模型试验结果进行优化,为地铁二号线穿过地裂缝地段采用明挖法施工的地铁结构设计提供科学依据,并对明挖法施工的地铁穿越地裂缝的结构措施和防水措施提出了建议。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Xi’an’s city scale, traffic problems have become increasingly prominent, the Metro project gradually put on the agenda. However, due to natural and man-made factors, more than 10 pieces of ground fissures have appeared in the area of Xi’an since the late 1970s, and are in constantly developing. These ground fissures will seriously affect the Metro project in Xi’an. Because the Metro project is unable to avert, will pass through these ground fissures, and not to allow great damage after the Metro is completed and put into operation, so to make sure how the ground fissures affect the subway structure and solve the problem seems particularly important.By large-scale (1:5) model test about the ground fissures and the closed frame structure, this paper researches how the ground fissures affect the subway closed frame structure that is built by open cut construction method in the typical depth of the layers 20.0m scope of Xi’an, including the damage of the closed frame structure, the stress and deformation of the soil near the structure, makes sure the damage form of the closed frame structure.The author established the numerical model about the ground fissures and the subway closed frame structure by MARC finite element software. By numerical calculation, the author analyzed the stress and deformation of the structure under the influence of the ground fissures, the deformation of the soil near the structure and so on. What’s more, the author compared the results of the numerical analysis and the model test, and made the model test results better in order to supply scientific basis for the structure design of the No.2 subway that is built by open cut construction method when passing through the ground fissures. At last, the author made propose for the structural measures and waterproofing measures of the open cut subway when passing through the ground fissures.
