【摘要】 目的:研究某医学院校护理本科生专业承诺和生活满意度的现状,并比较不同年级护理本科生专业承诺和生活满意度的差异,找出护理本科生专业承诺和生活满意度的影响因素。方法:对某医学院校四年制护理本科生进行问卷调查,调查内容主要包括:自然状况、专业承诺和生活满意度。采用不记名,自填问卷的方法收集资料,采用SPSS13.0统计软件建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果:护理本科生的专业承诺总体水平不高( =3.45),继续承诺水平最低( =3.07);部分学生表示不想从事临床护理工作,有机会会更换其他专业。进一步研究我们发现,学生在选择护理专业的时候往往缺乏对专业的认识,有的学生甚至遵从其他人的意愿而选择护理作为专业,当学生进入大学开始学习专业知识后,通过逐渐增加对专业的了解,学生开始思考该专业是否符合自己的兴趣、爱好、特长、理想等,形成专业承诺波动较大的时期,表现出承诺水平的不断变化。专业承诺水平也受其他因素影响,包括:年级、生源地、月生活费、学习状况等,这些因素对专业承诺不同维度的影响不同,其中,继续承诺水平受到的影响最小。护理本科生的继续承诺水平最低,而且各年级的学生继续承诺水平都很低,或许是与现阶段护士社会地位低和工资待遇不高有关,有待深入研究。护理本科生的生活满意度水平中等略偏高( =4.95),虽然现阶段学生的生活环境、生活条件得到改善,但学生的生活满意度并没有想象的提高,反而维持不高不低的状态。进一步研究发现生活满意度的影响因素包括:年级、生源地、月生活费、学习成绩的排名、专业选择的方式等,同时发现生活满意度水平与专业承诺水平呈明显正相关。结论:护理本科生专业承诺水平和生活满意度较低;影响专业承诺和生活满意度的因素包括:年级、生源地、月生活费、学习成绩的排名、专业选择的方式等;专业承诺和生活满意度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on professional commitment and life satisfaction of nursing undergraduate students, who are four year college students. And to find out the difference in professional commitment and life satisfaction of different grade, analyze the influential factors of nursing students’professional commitment and life satisfaction.Methods: The four year under-graduate nursing students were recruited on the basis of their willingness to participate. After gaining approval for the research from the school, natural information, professional commitment and life satisfaction were investigated by an anonymous questionnaire. The data were input and analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results: In general, the nursing students have a lower level of professional commitment and life satisfaction. And there are many influencing factors in professional commitment and life satisfaction, including grades, source place of students, living expenses per month, study result, way of major selection and so on.更多还原
