基于WinCE智能车载终端的研究与应用

【摘要】 机车显示终端是机车上完成人机对话和机车信息显示的重要设备,为司乘人员的操作及机车安全运行提供信息保证。在机车监控系统中,显示终端作为人机交互的窗口,通过车载监控系统来实现车辆部件或子系统的状态监测、故障诊断、集中控制调节等功能。近年来铁路信息化发展对显示终端的功能提出了新的要求:丰富的图形操作界面、高速网络通信、机车实时性状态获取以及故障信息存储的能力。因此,在技术和应用层面上,高性能低功耗新型显示终端的研究和开发具有重要意义。作者在硕士论文期间,对ARM9内核结构,实时操作系统平台定制,嵌入式系统驱动程序开发等进行了系统的学习与研究,并在此基础上针对显示终端的应用场合完成了基于ARM9和Windows CE的智能车载显示终端软硬件平台开发。设计选择S3C2410作为智能车载终端的处理核心。在此基础上,针对SS3电力机车技术改造的应用需求,硬件方面进行了LCD,按键IO、以太网、USB主从、网络接口等设计工作;软件方面构建了适合智能车载终端功能需求的Windows CE嵌入式操作系统,完成了包括系统引导程序设计,板级支持包的修改、内核裁剪、SPI驱动程序设计等平台搭建工作,通过应用程序实现了人机交互界面、SPI通信、故障分析记录等功能。文章最后给出了智能车载终端和实验室原显示屏的比较,分析了上车实际运行的效果,验证了新型智能车载终端功能的创新性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Vehicle Display Terminal is an important device to display states of locomotive. It provides information to ensure locomotive operation safe. As an information window, it realizes condition monitoring of vehicle parts or subsystems, fault diagnosis, and regulation of centralized control functions via the vehicle monitoring system. In recent years, the development of railway information put new demands on display terminal: a rich graphical user interface, High-speed network communications, real-time status of locomotives and storage function for fault record. Therefore, study and development on high-performance low-power display terminal has great significance.During the master’s thesis, the author studied on the ARM9 core structure, real-time operating system, and driver development, and completed software and hardware development of the Intelligent Vehicle Terminal (IVT) based on WinCE. The Design used S3C2410 as process center of IVT, taking LCD, Button I/O, Ethernet, and USB host & slave as hardware expansion, taking Windows CE embedded operation system as software platform, and completed design work including BSP changes, Kernel cutting, driver development and application programming.To test the system, IVT was equipped on SS3B locomotive, and the results showed that this new display terminal was innovative and practical.
