【摘要】 近些年来,特色产业的发展已日益引起了人们的重视,在西部地区,对特色产业和特色经济的发展尤为重视,成为各地政府发展区域经济的重要课题。赤峰市位于内蒙古自治区的东部,是内蒙古自治区的一个资源丰富的大市,以矿产资源为基础的特色产业,尤其是有色金属产业的发展成为赤峰经济增长的支柱。虽然近几年在促进赤峰经济发展起了很大的作用,但是在发展过程中还存在严重的问题,因此研究赤峰市发展有色金属的特色产业成为本文着力研究的问题。本文采取理论研究与对策研究,定性研究与定量研究的方法针对赤峰市有色金属特色产业的竞争优势和发展条件的分析论述了赤峰市有色金属发展过程中存在的问题,以及促进赤峰市有色金属产业发展的对策与策略。本文主要分为六个部分加以论述。第一部分,绪论,主要简要论述赤峰市发展有色金属存在的的问题,采取的策略等。第二部分,特色产业的概念、特征。首先界定的是特色产业的概念;其次分析的是特色产业的特征;最后论述的是赤峰市有色金属特色产业的界定。第三部分,赤峰市有色金属产业的发展的意义,能够发挥赤峰市的资源优势,能够实现赤峰市经济的跨越发展。第四部分,赤峰市发展有色金属特色产业的现状及条件分析。赤峰市有色金属产业的现状,本文从资源现状及发展现状两个方面加以论述。赤峰市有色金属产业的条件分析,本文从有利条件和不利因素两个方面加以论述。第五部分,发展赤峰市有色金属特色产业存在的问题原因分析。赤峰市发展有色金属特色产业虽然具有一定的优势但在发展中也存在问题。如赤峰市资源的资源优势没有转化为经济优势,没有形成有色金属产业群的趋势,缺乏可持续发展战略等。第六部分,合理发展赤峰市有色金属特色产业的对策。从加强资源产品的深加工,增强资源的市场竞争力,发展资源经济可持续发展,和促进有色金属产业群的发展等方面提出一些对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years, the development of characteristic industry has attracted people’s attention day by day. The western part of china attaches great importance to the development of characteristic industry and economy. At the same time, how to develop them has become an important task related to better developing regional economy. The city of Chifeng lies in the east of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and a major city with abundant resources in the Inner Mongolia. Characteristic industry based on mineral resources, especially exploitation and smelting of non-ferrous metals has become a backbone of economic growth in Chifeng. Although it has played an important role in promoting economic growth of Chifeng, some serious problems aloes exist in exploitation and smelting. Therefore researching how Chifeng develop characteristic industry of non-ferrous metals is the focus of this paper.This paper uses methods of theoretical and countermeasure study with qualitative and quantitative research. Aimed at analysis of non-ferrous metals’competitive advantage and developing conditions in Chifeng .this paper discusses. Some problems existing in the course of Chifeng non-ferrous metals development and puts forward some countermeasures and tactics used to stimulate the development of non-ferrous metals industry in Chifeng. This paper can be divided into four parts to discuss.Part1, concise generation, discuss to develop economics of chifengPart2,the concept and features of characteristic industry. Firstly define the concept of characteristic. Industry: secondly analyses its features in the end, discuss the definition of Chifeng non-ferrous metals characteristic industry.Part3, impacts of the development of characteristic industries such as non-ferrous metals in Chifeng. It can develop economics of chifeng .Part4, Conditions’analysis of Chifeng developing non-ferrous metals characteristic industry discuss the necessity of developing Chifeng non-ferrous metals characteristic industry from the point economic development situation at home and abroad: discuss conditions of Chifeng developing non-ferrous metals characteristic industry, in view of location advantage, strength of abundant non-ferrous metals resources and rapid development of mining economy in Chifeng . Combing output advantage at home, saving energy and lowering energy consumption of non-ferrous metals and technological development of ferrous metals industry, discuss its competitive advantage.Part5, analyze problems exiting in exploitation and smelting of Chifeng non-ferrous metals characteristic industry and discuss the reasons. Though the city of Chifeng has some advantages to develop non-ferrous metals characteristic industry, problems also exist in exploitation and smelting. For example, resources superiority in Chifeng has not been transformed into economic superiority. Non-ferrous metals industrial clusters have not been formed. Non-ferrous metals characteristic industry is lack of the guide of sustainable development strategy.Part6, some tactics can be put forwarded to reasonably develop non-ferrous metals characteristic industry. The tactics range from strengthening deep processing of products consuming resources, making resources compete well, letting economy mainly depending on consuming resources be sustainable to promoting the development of non-ferrous metals industrial clusters.更多还原
