砂轮渗浸工艺及其磨削性能的实验研究

【摘要】 磨削是一种常用的机械表面加工方法,但在磨削过程中产生的磨削热,会增大砂轮磨损,引起工件的温升,甚至产生磨削烧伤和裂纹。为了降低磨削温度,通常采用浇注磨削液的方式进行冷却和润滑。但由于砂轮高速旋转,磨削液很难进入磨削区域,起不到有效的冷却和润滑效果。特别是一些干磨场合和一些磨削液供给不充分的磨削场合,由于磨削条件恶劣,磨削温度更高,会严重影响其磨削表面质量和砂轮寿命,而且干磨时产生大量的粉尘,会严重地污染环境。利用砂轮渗浸原理,将含有冷却剂,润滑剂,抗粘附添加剂和固化剂等成分的渗浸剂渗入砂轮气孔中,使之固化,在砂轮孔隙形成一成润滑膜。在磨削过程中,润滑膜受磨削热作用后局部熔化,直接作用于磨削区,从而起到有效的冷却和润滑作用。可以有效地改善磨削条件,减小磨削力,降低磨削温度,抑制砂轮表面的金属粘附,延长砂轮寿命,避免零件磨削烧伤和裂纹,并减少干磨时的粉尘污染。渗浸剂和渗浸工艺是影响渗浸砂轮磨削性能的两大关键因素。本文首先介绍了渗浸剂中化学添加剂的作用机理,然后通过正交实验法找出了合适的渗浸剂配方,研制出的渗浸剂分散均匀,完全达到渗浸要求。为了达到较好的磨削状态,本文采用的是真空压力渗浸法,自行设计并制造出了一套真空压力渗浸实验装置,分别对渗浸工艺中压力、渗浸时间和渗浸温度进行了参数优化,得出了最为合理的渗浸工艺。其次研究了渗浸砂轮的磨削机理,通过对其微观结构以及磨削之后表面状况分析可知:渗浸砂轮孔隙内壁附有一层固化膜,在磨削过程中这层薄膜增强了结合剂对磨粒的把持能力,能使磨粒长时间保持锋利状态,并降低磨削力。和普通砂轮进行对比得出结论:渗浸砂轮可以有效的改善磨削状态,提高工件表面质量和砂轮使用寿命。最后,对本文进行总结,并对下一步的工作进行展望。
【Abstract】 Grinding is a machining process with some special characteristics such as higher grinding temperature, quicker wear of the grinding wheel and grinding burn on the ground surface during the grinding process. It is the main method of surface manufacturing. But there are some problems about the effective of grinding fluids during the grinding process, because the resistance for grinding fluids into grinding zone by high speed of the grinding wheel, and there are less grinding fluids in the grinding zone it caused higher grinding temperature and wear of grinding wheel. Also it may hanppen in the dry grinding process for manufacturing of the machining tool of the hard to cut materials. Therefore, the more efficient grinding wheel is necessary for the special grinding process.The grinding wheel treated by some surfactant additives such as machining coolant composition has some advanced performance that reducing grinding wheel wear, improving ground surface quality ect.The impregnation grinding wheel is depend on the capillary of vitrify bond grinding wheel which make some chemicals were absorbed into the pockets of the bond material, therefore this method only can be applied for vitrify bond gringding wheel. But the pockets ratio is 20~40% for middle density of wheel. So it need a special permeates method to put some chemicals into the grindingwheel.Impregnation fluids and process are key factors of the impregnation grinding wheel performance.First, this paper introduces the action mechanism of surfactant additives, and an appropriate recipe of impregnation fluids which is well dispersed to meet the impregnation requirements process is proposed by orthogonal test.In order to reach a good effect, Vacuum pressure impregnation process is adopted to improve the impregnation effects in these experiments. Special vacuum impregnation equipment is produced in this paper.Second, the mechanism of grinding wheel is studied in this peper. There is a lubricating film adhering to the grinding wheel pore. This film is very useful, and it is the main reason that is different from the normal grinding wheel. During the grinding process it can improve the grinding conditions, enhance the work piece surface quality, and prolong the service life of the grinding wheel.Finally, make some conclusions for this paper and suggested the future research work.
