【摘要】 现代社会的发展必然依赖于高新科技产业和知识型服务业的高速发展。知识型服务业是一种基于高度专业化知识,以提供高智力附加值的知识(或技能)密集型产品或服务为主,并在知识的生产和传播中发挥重要作用的经营性服务行业,具有高乘数效应,它对一个城市社会经济的发展以及城市化进程具有很大的影响力。但是,目前国内对知识型服务业本身的研究还处于刚刚起步的阶段,知识型服务业在城市化进程中扮演着什么角色,起到了什么作用,是摆在我们面前的问题。本文以宁波市经济普查的数据为基础,以对比分析为主要研究方法,选择知识型服务业为主线,以其与城市化的关联性为重点,通过理论思考、资料收集、市场调研、文献查阅和对比分析五个步骤,完成整个研究。本文对宁波市知识型服务业与城市化进程进行了研究,主要研究工作有:1.阐述知识型服务业的历史和现状,明确城市化评价指标体系;2.分析宁波城市化进程中的问题,研究宁波城市化动力机制;3.比较了香港在同等发展水平上的就业结构,从就业人员的产业分布、行业分布以及受教育程度三方面定量地分析宁波市就业结构的变化;4.从顺应就业结构调整入手,提出宁波城市化建设对策和建议。5.剖析知识型服务业发展与宁波经济发展之间的互动关系,分析遇到的问题,并论证其可行性;6.与南京、大连等相似城市进行比较,探究知识型服务业与城市化之间的互动机制,对于知识型服务业与城市化进程间的一些基本问题作初步的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern society development largely relies upon the sound high-tech industry and knowledge service industry. The knowledge service industry (Knowledge Intensive Business Services KIBS)creates the value of multiply factor by its knowledge service and imposes huge impact on the economic development and urbanization process of a city. However the studies on the industry is still at its elementary stage, not to mention that the studies on the relation between the industry development and urbanization process for the city of Ningbo remain a blank area. As such, this article conducts a quantitative analysis the change of Ningbo industry and employment structure based on the statistics data from Ningbo economic survey, compares with the employment structure of Hong Kong at the same development level, introducts some basic discussion on those fundamental issues in the correlation between the knowledge service industry and urbanization process, and proposes a few strategic measures to further promote the development for the industry and urbanization process of Ningbo.更多还原
