汽车倒车雷达系统的研究

【摘要】 随着汽车持有量的不断增加,城市交通系统的负荷日益加重,导致汽车倒车引起的交通事故也越来越多,这些事故常常给驾驶员带来很大的经济损失。因此,研究高性能的汽车倒车雷达是非常必要的。本文在深入理解超声波测距基本原理的基础上,根据实际倒车过程中驾驶员的具体需求设定了系统的性能指标,提出了基于超声波测距的汽车倒车雷达系统的整体设计方案。本文详细阐述了汽车倒车雷达系统的硬件和软件设计过程。硬件部分主要阐述了基于51内核结构的SST89E58RD2单片机作为主控制器的汽车倒车雷达系统的硬件电路的设计过程,并用Protel软件设计并制作了PCB电路板。软件部分采用模块化设计思想,将系统的软件设计分为主程序、测温模块、超声波测距模块、LCD显示模块和语音报警模块等功能模块的程序设计,由主程序实现对各分模块的调度管理。最后,对系统的软硬件进行了实际调试。实验表明该系统在30cm~350cm范围内能实现准确测距,且具有LCD实时显示倒车距离、车内外温度、障碍物方位以及语音报警等功能。本系统具有集成度高、测量范围广、成本低等特点,能满足驾驶员在实际倒车中的需求,达到了原设计要求,本课题的研究具有一定的理论和实用价值。

【Abstract】 As the load of urban traffic system increasingly aggravated accompanying vehicle population increase, the traffic accident caused by backing car became more and more, which often brought the great economic loss to drivers. So it is very necessary to develop the study on the high performance automobile back a car radar. Based on the ultrasonic distance measurement principle and according to the concrete demand of drivers in the car backing process, the performance indexes of automobile back a car radar system was formulated and the whole design scheme was also presented.The hardware and software design was detailed introduced. The hardware circuit based on the SST89E58RD2 single chip as main controller was mainly described in the hardware part, and also the system had been builds in a circuit board. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program, temperature measurement module, ultrasonic distance measuring module, LCD display module, and voice alarm module. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules.The system debugging of the hardware and software was implemented at last. Experimental results showed that the measured data was accurate between 30cm and 50cm. Real-time displays of distance and indoor and outdoor temperature and also the obstacle direction is realized with LCD in the system, and also voice prompt is different when distance changed. There are several additional advantages of the automobile back a car radar system, such as high integration, wide measuring range, low cost and so on, which can meet the needs of drivers and reached design requirements. The study on this has certain theoretical value and practical value.
