隧洞爆破开挖的智能设计系统研究

【摘要】 爆破技术在越来越多的地下建筑工程中得到广泛应用,尤其是隧洞的爆破开挖。隧洞爆破设计的质量、速度直接影响到隧洞修建的安全、质量、成本和工期,目前仍存在设计人员凭经验确定设计方案和选取爆破参数、手工计算和手工绘图等落后局面。因此,开发出功能完善的隧洞爆破开挖设计系统,具有重要的工程应用价值。隧洞开挖爆破设计系统是水工专业非常重要的研究课题之一。本论文是对隧洞爆破开挖设计系统的一个初步研究,利用Visual Basic开发工具,研究开发出较适用的应用爆破软件,为以后进一步的深入研究作一些有益的探索和尝试。本文利用VisualBasic6.0的内部控件创建隧洞开挖界面,并运用VB语言实现各个控件的作用。首先,输入隧洞开挖爆破的地质情况,根据工程地质条件和水文地质资料,确定岩石性能参数;选择合适的炸药;根据开挖形状和尺寸确定开挖面积。然后,根据所选钻孔机械、隧洞开挖断面面积及岩石特性确定开挖方案。最后,综合岩石、炸药特性和开挖方案确定隧洞开挖爆破参数,自动选择相应的爆破方案。不同的爆破方案选择相应的爆破公式和参数,进行爆破参数的计算和输出。根据隧洞的尺寸、形状,结合计算出的爆破参数绘制隧洞爆破网络图。应用本设计系统,对天生桥一级水电站隧洞开挖爆破进行了测试,该系统具有界面友好、操作方便、通用性强且易维护等特点,实现了利用VB语言对隧洞开挖进行爆破参数的设计的要求。

【Abstract】 The blasting technique is applied in most of tunnel construction in our country. The quality and velocity of the tunnel blasting design can directly influence the safety, quantity, cost and work period. At present, there are still the current predicaments that the design determined, blasting parameters selected and calculated by the designer’s experience, handwork drawing, adjusting and also those problems. Therefore, to develop an intelligent tunnel blasting design system has important value in application function.Design of the blasting parameters in tunnel system based on visual basic is one of the important subjects in the realm of the water conservancy project. The present paper is a preliminary study of the design system of the tunnel blasting. Using Visual Basic, the research develops the suitable application blasting software, will make some beneficial explorations and the attempt for the later further deep research. In this Paper, the Visual Basic 6.0’s internal control is made use of establishing a tunnel excavating windows, and applies Visual Basic to realize each control effect. The geology condition and various parameters are input it and choosing corresponding blasting methods. Different blasting methods chooses the different the formula blasting and parameters, parameters are calculated and output according to editing a code and setting up an attribute. According to tunnel dimension, form, the network graph of tunnel blasting is drawn by VisualBasie6.0’s pictures functions. Employ this design system, carried on the test to the Tiansheng bridge first-level hydroelectric power station tunnel. The system possesses friendship interface, handiness, strong commonality and easy maintenance. Realize the request of that design the tunnel blasting parameters by VB.
