花样处理技术的研究及其在电脑绣花机中的应用

【摘要】 花样文件是电脑绣花机刺绣的基础,花样文件处理在很大程度上影响刺绣效率,同时,处理的精度直接影响刺绣品的质量。因此,研究花样处理技术对电脑绣花机整体性能的提高具有重要意义。本文重点研究花样周边查找和轮廓识别技术,主要工作有:(1)研究花样周边查找技术。给出花样周边查找算法,绘制花样的周边框线;采用余数分散的算法,保证针迹设计时花样数据的精确性,生成周边花样文件。效果图表明算法能精确地完成花样的周边查找操作。(2)研究花样轮廓识别技术。通过查找轮廓点的方法寻找花样轮廓线,而轮廓点的查找通过基准直线的确定来进行。给出两种确定基准直线的方法:斜率值均匀变化算法和角度值均匀变化算法。通过对比程序的运行结果可知,角度值均匀变化算法比斜率值均匀变化算法效果更好。(3)研究花样轮廓线针迹设计方法。采用均分法保证针迹长度的均匀性,实现轮廓线针迹的有效设计,最终生成轮廓花样文件。程序运行结果验证了算法的有效性。(4)在以上算法实现的基础上,在Linux操作系统下,利用Qt Designer图形构造器,完成花样辅助管理界面的设计,建立了友好的人机交互环境。
【Abstract】 The pattern file is the basis of computerized embroidery machine. And to a large extent, the processing for the pattern file has impact on the efficiency of stitchwok. Meanwhile, the processing precision has a direct impact on the quality of embroidery. So it is great significant to study processing technology for improving the performance of embroidery machine.This dissertation focuses on the research on the periphery searching and outline recognition of the pattern. The work is as follows:(1) The periphery searching technology was studied. The algorithm was given, and by which the peripheral frame was drawn. The accuracy of the pattern data was ensured by scattering the remainder in the stitch design. The generation of the periphery pattern was realized. The results proved the effectiveness of the algorithm.(2) The outline recognition technology was studied. Finding the outlines was throught looking for the outline dots, which was found by the base line. Two methords of determined the base line was given: the even changing of slope and the even changing of angle. The running results of the procedures showed that the even changing of angle is better than the other one.(3) The stitch design method of outline was studied. The algorithms of dichotomy was adopted which ensured the length of every pin be even. The stitch design of the outline was realized and the generation of the outline pattern file was completed. The results proved the effectiveness of the algorithm.(4) Based on achieving of pattern processing above, the assistanted GUI of pattern management was completed. The good environment of man-computer interaction was achieved.
