硼/铬酸钡延期药温度系数与耐冲击性能的研究

【摘要】 本文以B/BaCrO4为延期药,研究了不同粘合剂对B/BaCrO4延期药的温度系数和耐冲击性能的影响。分别用酚醛树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硬脂酸钙和甲基硅油为粘合剂,按1%、3%、5%的配比制备各种B/BaCrO4延期药。采用了光—光靶法和保温技术测定了12种延期药在70℃、40℃、20℃、-20℃、-50℃时的延期时间,同时采用霍普金森法对这些B/BaCrO4延期药的延期体进行约100,000g的冲击实验,并进行热分析动力学研究。首先,进行温度系数的研究,研究结果表明:常温时,不同粘合剂含量相同时,含聚乙烯醇羧丁醛的B/BaCrO4延期药燃速最大,其次是含酚醛树脂的和甲基硅油的B/BaCrO4延期药,最小的是含硬脂酸钙的B/BaCrO4延期药。温度系数最好的是聚乙烯醇羧丁醛,其次是甲基硅油,然后是酚醛树脂和硬脂酸钙。其次,进行耐冲击性能的研究,研究结果表明:经过冲击后含四种粘合剂的B/BaCrO4延期药的燃速都增加。粘合剂含量越大,B/BaCrO4延期药的耐冲击性能越好。耐冲击性能最好的是甲基硅油,其次是聚乙烯醇羧丁醛,然后是酚醛树脂和硬脂酸钙。冲击过后温度系数变化不大。最后,进行优化研究得出,温度系数低和耐冲击性能好的B/BaCrO4延期药有两个:含甲基硅油3%的B/BaCrO4延期药和含聚乙烯醇羧丁醛5%的B/BaCrO4延期药。并对含甲基硅油3%的B/BaCrO4延期药和含聚乙烯醇羧丁醛5%的B/BaCrO4延期药热分解进行研究,并对它们的动力学参数进行计算。结果表明粘合剂的分解是吸热的,导致整个过程的放热量减少,从而使延期药的燃速变慢。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of different adhesives on the temperature confficient and impact resistance of B/BaCrO4 delay composition were studied.Phenolicresin,polyvinyl butyral,calcium stearate and silicone oil was used as adhesives.To prepare various B/BaCrO4 delay composition with these adhesives according to the ratio of 1%,3%,5%.Light-light target technique and insulation technology were used to obtain the delay time at the temperatures of 70℃,40℃,20℃,-20℃and -50℃.Hopkinson pressure bar technique was usd to come into being the shock load about 10,0000g on B/BaCrO4 delay composition pressed in the delay element.First of all,the temperature confficient was studied,experimental results show that:Different adhesive in the same content and at the same temperature,the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 with polyvinyl butyralthe’s burning rate is largest,secondly is the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 with phenolicresin and the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 with calcium stearate,the smallest is the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 containing silicone oil.The linear relation of burning rate and temperature,the best temperature confficient is polyvinyl butyral,secondly is silicone oil,and then are phenolicresin and calcium stearate.Secondly,the impact resistance was studied,experimental results show that:the B/BaCrO4 delay composition that content different adhesives’s burning rate increased significantly after shocking,the more content adhesive,the better impact resistance performance.The best impact resistance performance is silicone oil,secondly is polyvinyl butyral,and then are phenolicresin and calcium stearate.At last,optimum test was done,experimental results show that:There are tow B/BaCrO4 delay compositions that coincidence low temperature coefficient and better impact resistance performance.They are the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 contenting 3%silicone oil and the delay composition of B/BaCrO4 contenting 5%polyvinyl butyra.And their thermal decomposition were studied also,and their kinetic parameters were calculated by Kissger.The results show that:the decomposition of the adhesives is endothermic,resulting in the reaction heat of whole process to reduce,so that the burning rate is slow down.
