【摘要】 伴随我国工业高速发展而来的资源短缺、环境污染的现实,使人们反思传统的经济增长模式的弊端,先进的循环经济思想应运而生。近半年来,全球范围内的金融危机严重冲击各国经济,厦门市制造业由于外向型的特点更是面临严峻挑战。厦门因为其特殊的地理位置——海峡西岸经济区的龙头,它的制造业在全国推行循环经济的政策环境下要做出积极的应对,要从资源投入和出口加工驱动的增长模式,转变到依靠技术进步和效率提高驱动的增长方式。论文以循环经济的内涵、资源观和环境观、物质流分析方式以及制造业生产模式的比较为基础,说明循环经济“3R原则”对制造业的指导作用,运用循环经济物质流分析方法研究绿色制造的闭环物质流特点,得出绿色制造实施的技术要求包括污染治理技术、废物利用技术和清洁生产技术的结论。论文以厦门市太平货柜制造有限公司和厦门烟草工业有限公司为研究样本,对厦门制造业采用的绿色制造生产实践进行分析。通过介绍两家企业污染治理和清洁生产开展情况,得出当新增的绿色制造投入与产出的比值至少与未采用之前的投入产出比相等时,企业采用绿色制造生产模式是有利可图的结论。论文建议厦门制造业充分利用自己的地理和资金优势并努力克服生产模式不足,从战略高度把握改革方向,通过采用污染治理技术、废物处理技术、清洁生产技术加快产业升级,迎合市场需求,提升竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s industries, the shortage of resources and environmental pollution made people reflect on the disadvantages of traditional economic growth mode, the idea of circular economy came into being. During the past ten months, the global financial crisis blew to national economies seriously. Because of export-oriented characteristics, Xiamen manufacturing is facing severe challenges. Xiamen is the leader of the Economic area of West Side of the Straits. Xiamen manufacturing must make a positive response to the crisis and Country’s circular economic policy. Businesses must change from the growth mode of investment and exports of resources to technological progress and efficiency-driven growth.After introducing the definition and connotation of circular economy, resource and environmental concept, material flow analysis and the comparison of manufacturing model, the thesis put forward that the "3R principle" of economic cycle guides the manufacturing, and use MFA to analyze the closed-loop material flow characteristics of green manufacturing, finding that the technology of green manufacturing implementation including the pollution control technology, waste utilization technologies and clean production technologies. The thesis takes Xiamen TaiPing Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Cigarette Co., Ltd. for example to analyze the practice of green manufacturing production in Xiamen. Through the introduction of the two companies’cleaner production and pollution control action, it comes to the conclusion that when the newly-added input-output ratio of green manufacturing at least equal to the input-output ratio before, the use of green manufacturing enterprises are profitable. The thesis suggest Xiamen manufacturing making full use of geographical and financial strengths and overcoming the lack of great manufacturing model, grasping the direction of reform from a strategic height, speeding up industrial upgrading, responding to market demands and enhance the competitiveness of themselves.更多还原
