中药材荧光光谱鉴别的研究

【摘要】 中药是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝,是我国人民经过长期临床实践形成的历史遗产。在科学技术日益先进的今天,如何借助现代分析测试方法进行中药品种鉴别及质量控制,使其发挥更好的药效作用,已经成为中药材鉴别研究的重要任务。荧光光谱分析法在中药材及其有效成分的研究上有着广泛的应用,为中药鉴别提供了广阔的应用前景。本文在对中药材荧光鉴别的历史及应用的相关文献进行系统总结的基础上,开展了一系列中药材荧光光谱鉴别的方法学研究,对溶剂、温度、pH值、提取方法、样品浓度、测试仪器、测试条件等影响中药材荧光光谱测定的因素进行了研究,优选了中药材荧光光谱法鉴别的最佳条件和方法;以《中华人民共和国药典》为依据,以标准药材对照品、道地药材为对照,建立了不同类别、不同来源的中药材正品及伪品的荧光光谱,为荧光光谱法在中药材鉴别方面进一步推广应用、保证中药临床用药质量提供了实验基础和科学依据。
【Abstract】 Chinese medicine is the gem of the traditional Chinese culture. After a long period of clinical practice of our people, it has become the historical legacy. With the development of science and technology, the way to explore modernization research of Chinese traditional medicine, and establish standardized fingerprint database, has become an important task inChinese traditional medicine research. Fluorescence analysis has become an important method in the study of Chinese traditional medicine and its active components. It provides a new way to the fingerprint identification of Chinese traditional medicine.In this study, we firstly do some information research from Chinese a ncient medicinal books and modern scientific books on Fluorescence spectrum. We found that China is one of the earliest countries in the world in using Fluorescence on identifing materia medicas and《the Tang Materia Medica》(Tang Ben Cao) is the earliest book on identifing materia medica with Fluorescence in the world. Secondly, we study some affect facts,such as solutions,temperature, pH,extract methods, concertratians, equipment and condiations on identifing traditional Chinese materia medica with Fluorescence spectrum, and we have selected the best methods and condiations on identifing traditional Chinese materia medica with Fluorescence spectrum according to our experimental research.Thirdly, we have done many experimental researches with Fluorescence spectrum in idantifing many kinds of traditional Chinese materia medica, and we can all get better experimental results. Finaly, the study results show that this method in identification of traditional Chinese materia medica with Fluorescence spectrum is not only sensitive. simple,quick, using little experimental materials, but also better repeatibility and stability. It can be used for a new method on identification of Chinese medicines.
