600MW汽轮机进汽阀内部流场的数值分析

【摘要】 大型汽轮机组的高压进汽阀压损对机组经济性具有较大影响,通过结构改进或机组运行中的阀门管理来减小调节阀压损,对提高汽轮机组运行效率具有重要意义。本文利用FLUENT软件对600MW汽轮机组进汽阀内部流场进行了数值分析,给出了阀门内流动压损分布和流量分配情况,分析了蒸汽在阀门中的流动特点及流动损失产生的机理;并对不同阀门管理方式下阀门内部流场进行了数值分析,给出了机组不同阀门管理方式时的流动压损,讨论了不同阀门管理方式对机组运行经济性的影响,对阀门管理方式给出了指导性建议。

【Abstract】 The pressure loss of high-pressure inlet valve of steam turbine has a great impact on economical efficiency of large steam turbine unit. It is of important significance to improve turbine efficiency by improving the structure of the valve or reducing the pressure loss of governor valve by valve management in the operation. In this paper, FLUENT software was employed for numerical simulation to the internal flow field of 600MW steam turbine inlet valves. The total pressure loss and the pressure loss distribution along flow path were presented. The assignment of mass flow between two controlling valves was given. Flow characteristics and pressure loss mechanism of the valve was discussed. The internal flow field was simulated for different valve management. The effect of valve management on the economical efficiency of the unit was discussed. Guidance suggestion for valve management was made.
