钢纤维水泥砂浆加固RC梁受弯性能试验研究

【摘要】 钢筋混凝土结构是目前运用最为广泛的结构形式,我国现有大量的钢筋混凝土结构,由于建造质量低劣、使用年代久远、维修不当、使用功能改变等原因,需要对其进行加固。目前常用的加固方法有贴碳纤维布、加大截面法和粘贴钢板等。钢纤维水泥砂浆加固法是一种新型的加固方法,钢纤维水泥砂浆是在水泥砂浆中掺入适量钢纤维而制成的一种新型复合材料,它克服了普通砂浆抗拉强度低、极限延伸率小、性脆等缺点,具有较高的抗弯拉强度、耐磨性、耐冲击性以及较高的疲劳强度等优点,所以此加固技术有着比较广阔的应用前景。然而目前国内尚未见到有关这种材料用于构件加固的试验研究报导,为了推广这种新型加固材料在我国加固工程领域的应用,需要对此加固技术的效果进行研究和分析,并提供合理的设计计算方法。本文首先对钢纤维水泥砂浆进行了基本的材料力学性能试验,然后对采用钢纤维水泥砂浆加固的受弯构件进行了试验研究,试验包括1根对比梁和6根用钢纤维水泥砂浆加固的试验梁,通过改变加固梁的加固配筋率和受力形态,研究了这种加固方法对钢筋混凝土梁的承载力,破坏形态,截面刚度及裂缝分布等的影响。在试验研究的基础上通过理论分析,提出了加固梁的受弯承载力、裂缝和刚度计算公式。论文接着采用ANSYS有限元软件对加固梁进行了非线性有限元分析,将试验结果和有限元模型分析结果进行对比,以验证加固措施的有效性。最后结合工程实例,介绍了加固法的施工工艺及质量检验方法。本文通过对钢纤维水泥砂浆加固RC梁的受弯性能研究,为编制纤维砂浆加固RC结构技术规程提供了部分依据,对推广该加固技术具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

【Abstract】 Reinforced concrete structures are the widely used structures. In China,there are lots of reinforced concrete structures that need to be rehabilitated due to bad construction,long-term use,improper maintenance or alteration of function. The commonly used reinforcement methods are FRP、steel plate and the traditional section increment method etc.Steel fiber cement mortar reinforce technology is a new method to reinforce the concrete structure. Steel fiber cement mortar is a new composite material which is made by the motor with addition of steel fiber. It overcomes shortcomings of ordinary mortar, including the low tensile strength, small ultimate elongation and poor crack resistance, instead it has advantages with better bending strength and impulse strength, abrasion resistance, high fatigue strength.The characteristics of working materials endow them with a prosperous prospect.However there is no relative research reports on this technic in China. Investigation and analysis must be made to test the rehabilitation effect of this technic,proper calculating method should be established so as to accelerate the application of this kind of rehabilitation technic.In this dissertation, firstly, some basic materials mechanics performance tests have been tested to the steel fiber ement mortar,then,the author conducted a flexural behavior study of reinforced concrete beams reinforced by steel fiber cement mortar reinforce technology.A contrastable beam and six test beams reinforced with steel fiber ferrocement mortar technology are introduced. By changing the reinforcement ratio and the force pattern of reinforced steel bar, the influence of ultimate load, mode of failure, section stiffness and fissure’s distributing with this strengthening method is investigated. On the basis of the trial,through the theoretical analysis, formulas are proposed for the interval and width of cracks and stiffness of section. Then used the ANSYS software carry on the non-linear finite element analysis on three beams, in order to testify the effectivity of strengthening method ,and the test values are compared with the results of model. Finally, introduced the strengthening method construction technics and the performance test method with a project example.In this thesis, through research the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams which reinforced by steel fiber cement mortar,we provide the part basis to authorize the regulation of the fiber mortar to reinforce the RC structure technology, and has impotant theory value and the practical significance to accelerate this reinforcement technology.
