磁势平衡可控式可调电抗器

【摘要】 在电力系统中,无功功率的不足或者过剩都会严重地影响供电质量。通过合理的补偿,保持系统功率因数在一个较高的水平,可以大大提高供电质量。与此同时,随着电网容量的不断扩大,短路电流水平不断提高,给系统的安全、稳定和可靠运行埋下了严重隐患,传统的限流技术已逐渐显现出局限性而越来越不能适应当今社会对电能质量上的高要求。本文在查阅国内外可调电抗器方面研究成果的基础上,分析了各种可调电抗器的优缺点,并结合目前PWM脉宽调制技术和电力电子开关技术的最新发展,提出了基于IGBT的PWM控制模块的新型磁势平衡可调电抗器。磁势平衡可调电抗器由电容和电感串联组成,而且电感与电容组成对工频的串联谐振,一个IGBT与四个电力二极管组成双向电力电子开关,然后并联在电容的两端,通过控制IGBT的门极触发脉冲的占空比可以改变其等效阻抗,实现阻抗的连续可调。本文首先回顾了可调电抗器的发展过程和现状,指出了相控方式应用于可调电抗器给电网带来的谐波污染;然后探讨了电力电子开关技术和PWM脉宽调制技术的发展;接下来阐述了新型的磁势平衡可调电抗器的拓扑结构和工作原理,以及硬件实现方案的论证和设计。最后,应用Matlab对磁势平衡可调电抗器仿真分析,结果表明达到了预定要求。
【Abstract】 In electric power system,insufficient or surplus reactive power will affect the quality of the supplied power severely.By appropriate compensation,the power factor of the system is kept at a higher level to improve the quality of the system.Meanwhile,along with expanding power network,The fault current has increased greatly.It will bring hidden troubles to the security,stability,credibility of the power system.conventional current limiters gradually show their limitation and can’t fit the request of high power quality.In the foundation of consulting the domestic and foreign adjustable reactor research results,the paper has analyzed each kind of adjustable reactor’s advantages and disadvantages,and combining with present research status of pulse width modulation(PWM) technology and the electric power electronic switching technology, proposes a new magnetic potential self-balance adjustable reactor base on IGBT’s PWM control module.It is composed of inductor and capacitor,and they composed of power frequency series resonance.A IGBT and four Power Diode composes of the bidirectional electric power electronic switch,then the switch parallels on the capacitor’s two ends. Through controling IGBT’s gate trigger pulse duty,it can change its equivalent impedance, realizes the impedance continuously adjustable.This paper first reviews the adjustable reactor’s developing process and the present situation, has pointed out the phase-controlled’s disanventage which will bring harmonic pollution.Then it diacusses the development of pulse width modulated (PWM) technology and the electric power electronic switching technology.Then it describes the structure characterization of main circuit and principle of operation,and diacusses the hardware design.Finally,simulates the adjustable reactor application of Matlab,shows it realizes the initial demands.
