松原龙华松花江特大桥试验研究

【摘要】 本文从施工阶段试验和竣工阶段试验这两个方面对龙华特大桥的试验进行了研究。施工阶段的试验主要包括施工过程中混凝土强度的试验、C50混凝土弹性模量试验和试验截面的应力监测。本文中的竣工试验就是我们通常所说的桥梁荷载试验。桥梁荷载试验是验证桥梁结构设计理论的可行手段。通过对实桥直接加载试验,得到直观的试验数据,利用其对桥梁结构的安全性进行评估。桥梁荷载试验也可为新的结构、新的设计理论和新的施工工艺的发展与应用积累资料。本文以吉林省公路局“大跨度预应力混凝土薄壁箱梁结构特性的研究”课题为依托,结合松原龙华松花江特大桥的试验,以桥梁结构设计理论、有限单元法、及振动测试与分析为理论基础,对预应力混凝土半刚构-连续箱梁桥的试验进行研究。运用桥梁博士软件对龙华特大桥进行理论分析,合理的确定试验控制荷载和加载工况。将理论计算值与试验数据进行比较,进而确定该桥的承载能力。通过试验,使我们对于预应力混凝土半刚构-连续梁桥有了进一步的认识。本文将旧规范汽车荷载和新规范车道荷载在本试验的控制截面影响线进行最不利加载,并将计算的内力结果进行比较,发现按新规范计算的内力大于按旧规范计算的内力。本桥利用ANSYS软件建立了松原龙华松花江特大桥的空间有限元模型,对该桥进行模态分析,得到理论基频和相应的振型。通过跑车和跳车等动力试验,确定了松原龙华松花江特大桥的动力特性。试验结果与理论计算表明:该桥具有良好的动力性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,Longhua super bridge was investgated from construction test and final test.The construction test consist of concrete strength test and C50 concrete elastic modulus test and stress monitoring of test section in the course of constructionIn this paper, final test is load test of bridge.Load test of bridge is a mean that can verify the bridge structure design theory.By exerting load on bridge ,test data can be got, and Bridge structure’ s safety can be valuated. Bridge load test can accumulate practical datum especially for the new structure, the new design theory and development and the application of the new construction craft.The test of the semi-rigid frame prestressed concrete box girder is researched,which is supporteded by the subject "long-span prestressed concrete box beam structure of the thin-walled study" in bureau of Jilin Province .The research is based on the test on the Longhua super bridge above Songhua River in Songyuan, the bridge structure design theory, the finite element method, the the theoretical basis in vibration testing and Analysis.Through the theoretical analysis of Longhua super bridge by Dr.Bridge software,and the reasonable control load and load condition were made sure.Theory calculated value was compared with test data,and load carrying capacity of the bridge can be made sure.By test,we will know more about prestressed concrete semi-rigid frame continuous box girder bridge.In this paper, the old norm’s vehicle load and the new norm’s lane load is imposed in the most disadvantaged loading position of the affected line of the control section and the internal force are compared. The results show that internal force in the new norms is more than the old norm.The finite element model of the bridge is established by ANSYS software and the fundamental frequency and the corresponding vibration mode is drawed by Modal Analysis. The dynamic performance is determined by the dynamic test of the vehicle’s racing, jumping off, braking, and so on, analyze and determine the dynamic performances of the songyuan longhua songhua river bridge. The testing results and the theoretical calculation indicate that this bridge has a good dynamic performance.
