水下金刚石绳锯机关键技术研究与样机研制

【摘要】 水下金刚石绳锯机是一种适应海底工作环境,一次操作中能够切割金属、非金属和复合材料的装置。与其他水下切割设备相比,具有成本低、效率高、可靠性好等优点,在实际工程中已经得到了广泛应用。本课题研究工作是结合国家“863”项目——“水下干式管道维修系统”中的子课题“HG-24J金刚石绳锯机产品设计”(项目编号:2002AA602012-1)展开的。该项目为计划重大专项“渤海大油田勘探开发关键技术”所属专题“海底管道修复技术”中的一项课题。本课题主要任务是针对一种可以工作在水下60米以浅的海域,并能够对直径6″—24″范围海底油气管道进行切割的水下金刚石绳锯机进行关键技术的研究并研制出工程样机。本文介绍了目前国内外绳锯机的发展现状。对绳锯机的总体方案进行了研究,进行了绳锯机进给机构、切削机构、夹紧机构、张紧机构、浮筒等部件的设计,利用有限元软件对关键零部件进行了强度校核与结构优化,确定了绳锯机水中重心和浮心位置。研究了绳锯机的液压传动控制系统,将电液比例技术引入了液压控制系统,建立了电液比例阀控马达速度控制系统的数学模型,将PID控制器引入到电液比例控制中,对其进行了动态特性分析。针对绳锯机的海底工作要求设计了张紧力传感器、防水编码器,确定了流量变送器。进行了绳锯机的监测控制系统设计,能够实现水下传感器数据的采集,设计了LCD人机交换界面,能够准确、可靠地显示绳锯机的工作状态及运行参数,采用自动或手动方式对绳锯机作业进行远程控制。
【Abstract】 The underwater diamond wire saw for cutting the seabed oil and gas pipelines is a machine which can adapt the seabed work circumstance well and cut any metallic or nonmetallic materials as well as composite materials in a single operation. Compared with other underwater cutting machines, the diamond wire saw has many advantages such as low-cost, highly-efficient, reliable and so on, so it has been widely applied to engineering.The research works are supported by the subproject "The product design of HG-24J diamond wire saw" of the project "Underwater backbone dry pipeline maintenance systems" (Project number: 2002AA602012-l)which belongs to the special topic "Seabed pipeline restoration technologies" of the national "863" project important special items "Bohai big oilfields exploration and exploitation key technologies". In the paper, the underwater diamond wire saw was design, which is used to cut the Seabed pipeline that need of repair .The Seabed pipeline is from 12" to 24" which about 60m depth under the water.In this paper, the current status of the techniques of diamond wire saw in the worldwide was introduced. The gross structure of the machine was designed. The structure of depth-feed attachment, tangential-feed attachment, clamping device, and stretching device were account and designed. This paper also account the buoy flotage, the center of gravity and buoyancy of diamond wire saw.The hydraulic steering system of the diamond wire saw were designed .The technique of electro-hydraulic proportion was applied to the hydraulic steering system and the mathematical model of valve control motor rate system was established. The PID controller was applied to the electro-hydraulic proportion. The dynamic characteristics of valve control motor rate system were analyzed.The sensors used in the machine were design to adapt the seabed work circumstance ,these are strain sensor and waterproof coder. The flux sensor was selected. The over ground observation system was designed which can picked the signals of sensors and can control the diamond wire to cutting in automatism or manual manner. LCD was used as the interactive platform which insured the observation system display the working parameters accurately so that the working status of the underwater diamond wire saw could be monitored instantly.
