【摘要】 当前我国正处于经济、社会乃至政治体制的转轨,社会形态的转型中。置身于我国社会转型时期的当代大学生,他们最容易接受社会新事物和社会变迁,形成新的价值观。因而科学地把握大学生的价值观已成为大学思想教育的重要工作之一。处于同一时代的大学生会产生基本相同的价值观念,从而形成普遍一致的或部分一致的社会行为模式。延边大学朝鲜族大学生由于受特殊的人文、地缘环境和多元文化的影响,他们的价值观会具有一定的特殊性。审视朝鲜族大学生价值观,分析朝鲜族大学生价值观的特点及其影响因素,针对性地加强朝鲜族大学生价值观教育,这对帮助朝鲜族大学生塑造正确的价值观,提高朝鲜族大学生价值观教育的实效性,培养朝鲜族大学生成为具有正确的价值观和优良道德品质的中国特色社会主义新型建设者和可靠的接班人具有重要意义。近年来对大学生价值观的研究颇多,但在研究内容、研究方法、教育对策方面存在着一定的不足。特别是地处边疆地区,受多元文化影响的朝鲜族大学生价值的观研究是缺失的。本研究以延边大学朝鲜族大学生为研究对象,通过文献法、调查法、访谈法等研究方法,收集资料,并采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,依据哲学、伦理学、心理学、教育学、社会学等相关理论,对朝鲜族大学生价值观现状进行描述,概括了朝鲜族大学生的价值观特点,分析了朝鲜族大学生价值观的影响因素,提出了朝鲜族大学生价值观的教育对策。本研究认为虽然不同类型的朝鲜族大学生的价值观有所不同,但一致性多于多样性。朝鲜族大学生价值观的主流是积极的、向上的。在价值认知上多元与趋同共存;在价值取向上务实与理想同在;在价值目标上个人与社会兼顾。影响朝鲜族大学生价值观的因素是市场经济的负面影响、网络文化的冲击、西方文化的影响、价值观教育的失衡、朝鲜族大学生自身的因素。朝鲜族大学生价值观的教育对策是加强社会主义核心价值体系教育;确立正确的价值观教育原则;丰富和完善价值观教育的内容;创新教育方法,提高价值观教育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays Chinese economy, society, political system and social concept are transforming rapidly. The contemporary graduates, who live in this period, can accept new social things and changes easily and form new values. It is an important mission to grasp the graduates’ values technically in ideological education.The graduates, who are in the same age, hold similar values. So they have consistent or partly consistent social behaviors. Values of Korean graduates in Yanbian University keep some specialty, due to the special humanities and diverse culture. We should exam Korean graduates’ values, analyze the effecting elements, and strengthen the values education directly. It will be help for them to build great ideal conviction, better values and improve the efficiency of values education. So we can educate the graduates with better values, high moral and reliable successors.We’ve carried out a lot of research on graduates’ values but been lack of content, method, and counter plans. Especially Korean graduates’ values’ research in borderland, with diverse culture were not enough. The objects of this research were Korean graduates in Yanbian University. We collected the materials by cultural heritage, investigation, interview, and carried out statistic analysis by SPS software. We also described Korean graduates’ values status, generalized their specialties, analyzed the effecting elements and put out counter plans, in terms of philosophy, ethics, psychology, pedagogy and sociology.We concluded that different Korean graduates held different values, but had more consistent than diversity. Most Korean graduates’ values were positive and upward. There were coexistences in diversity with consistent, practicality with ideal, individual with society. The effecting elements were negative effect of market economic, the impact of network culture, and the effect of western culture, unbalanced values education and Korean graduate itself. So we should strengthen socialism core values education, set up its principle, rich its content, innovate teaching method and improve its efficiency.更多还原
