葡萄花油田长关油井再利用潜力分析研究

【摘要】 在油田开发的过程中,必然由于诸多原因导致大量长关井。油水井的关井不仅造成大量资产闲置,而且使油田注采对应状况变差,储量动用不均衡,直接影响油田生产和采收率的提高。但随着油田开发时间的延长,油田开发已进入高含水后期,注采关系的调整,油价增长,部分长关油井已具备再利用潜力,有必要挖掘部分有再利用价值的长关油井重新开井并进行治理再生产,因此对于长关油井再利用潜力分析研究具有其必要性和重要性。为了准确的判断出长关油井的潜力所在,将目前具有开发潜力而又闲置的长关油井充分的再利用起来,更好地提高油田开发的经济效益。本文对葡萄花油田314口长关油井进行深入调查及研究,分析总结了葡萄花油田长关油井成因及分类。综合考虑经济效益及开发条件两方面因素,建立了长关油井再利用综合潜力预测模型及应用方法:运用模糊数学理论建立了再开发潜力评价模型,通过计算出长关油井的再开发潜力指数,实现对长关油井再利用开发条件潜力的定量评价;应用盈亏平衡原理建立了经济潜力预测模型,可以计算油井在不同时期的关井经济界限,从而准确判断长关油井是否具有再利用的经济潜力;以边际成本理论结合应用数理统计理论与多元线性回归的方法,建立了增油降水措施效果经济潜力预测模型。本文应用以上建立评价预测模型,优选出目前葡萄花油田具有再利用潜力的长关油井。结合对其长关油井成因及剩余地质储量的研究,提出了潜力长关油井的综合治理原则及基本对策,在此基础上制定出葡萄花油田潜力长关油井的治理措施,并对相应的措施进行了动态分析及潜力预测评价。葡萄花油田对提出的4口实施压裂措施方案的长关油井进行作业并再利用生产,措施有效率100%,取得一定的经济效益。

【Abstract】 During the process of development in oil-fields, it has unavoidably caused to plenty of long time shut-in wells for various reasons. Closing oil/water Wells has caused serious problems, such as: many assets is standing idle; the injection and production rate is becoming imbalance; disproportion the drawing up on reserves, est., which has a bad direct effect on the production and recovery of the Oilfield. However, with the development of the Oilfield at Extra High Water Cut Stage, the adjustment of injection-production relation and the increasing rising of oil price, some of Long time closed-in oil wells has reusable potential now, therefore it is necessary to find out the value of them and make them product again.In order to judge the potential for long time shut-in oil wells, find out such oil wells bearing reused potential but inactive, and improve the economic returns, it is meaningful to study on the reusable potential for long time shut-in oil wells. In the paper, the causes of closing oil wells has been summed up and classified through in-depth study on the information of 314 long time shut-in oil wells of Putaohua Oilfield. Comprehensive reusable potential prediction models and relevant principles are established in order to reuse the potential of long time shut-in oil wells, considering economic efficiency and development conditions. The prediction model of redeveloping potential is based on Fuzzy Mathematics theory, which provides quantitative evaluation by calculating the redeveloping potential index. The prediction model of economic potential is based on the theory of economics profit and loss balance principle, which can determine the closing economic limitations of different stages of oil wells and predict whether a long time closed-in oil well has reusable economic potential or not. Based on the theory of marginal cost analysis and the combining mathematical statistics theory and multivariate linear regression, the mathematic model that can accurately forecast the measure potential is established.Applying the above prediction models, the paper select out the long time shut-in oil wells bearing reusable potential of Putaohua Oilfield. Based on the results of studying on the causes and the remaining reserves, bring up the reusing principles and measures of them, and do performance analysis and potential prediction of relevant measures. Fracturing programs of 4 long time shut-in oil wells has operated in Putaohua Oilfield, the results shows: the posttreatment effectivity is 100%, and it brought certain economic returns.
