大庆石油学院校园视频监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 视频监控系统以其直观、方便、信息、内容丰富而广泛应用于许多场合,是一种防范能力较强的综合系统,是安全防范系统的组成部分。它由前端设备、传输系统和中央控制系统组成。本设计结合《大庆石油学院校园视频监控系统》工程项目,通过系统总体设计、详细设计、施工管理及系统调试等,对校园视频监控系统进行规划和设计,对施工进度进行控制管理,对施工质量进行监督,对工程进行调试和验收,对系统进行后期维护以及对使用人员进行技术培训。本设计根据视频监控技术的发展和结合工程实际,提出了本系统的设计方案,通过选用两级分控管理方式对系统进行整体实现,通过选用模数兼容控制系统对系统前端主控制部分进行设计,通过对视频传输和录像、报警接入与报警联动、云台及镜头控制、录像存储与调用等技术问题的研究,解决了系统信号传输设计与实现、报警接入与报警联动设计与实现、远程云台及镜头控制功能的设计与实现、远程录像存储与调用等工程问题。本设计具有功能丰富、安全性高、稳定性高、扩展性好、易用性强等特点。

【Abstract】 The video frequency supervisory system is widely applied in many situations by its audio—visual effect ,convenience, abundant information and rich content. It’s a kind of comprehensive system with strong guard ability. And it’s a part of the safeguard system. Its composition includes front end equipment, transmission system and central control system.In this design, combining with the engineering project of“Daqing Petroleum Institute Campus Video Frequency Supervisory System”, and by the system master design, the detailed design, the construct control and the system debugging ,etc, the campus video frequency supervisory is planned and designed, the construction progress is controlled , the construction quality is supervised, the project is debugged and approved, the system is safeguarded in the succeeding days and the engineers and technicians are trained.According to the development of video supervisory technique and combining with the project reality, the system design plan is proposed. The system is wholly realized by selecting the management way of two levels of respective control, and the master control part of the system front end is planned by selecting the modulus compatible control system. Based on the research of the video frequency transmission and the video recording, the alarm joining and linkage, rapes and lens control, recording memory and transference ,etc, a lot of problems are solved, such as design and realization of system signal transference , alarm joining and linkage, long distance control of rapes and lens, long distance recording , memory and transference ,etc.This design has abundant functions, high security, high stability, good extension and strong usability, etc.
