【摘要】 中小型企业在我国的经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。面临激烈的市场竞争,中小型企业必须不断调整发展战略,改变企业运营方式,从而快速响应市场变化,提高企业的核心竞争力。建立自己的网站,已成为中小企业扩大自身发展的一种经营模式,建立面向全部中小企业的公共服务平台更是十分重要。本文采用面向对象方法对中小企业信息平台的进行分析、设计与建立,并采用.NET框架下的ASP. NET和ADO.NET技术来构建动态信息发布系统。平台采用基于B/S模式的三层体系架构,分为用户界面层、功能模块层和数据层三个层次。本文采用网络技术开发了一套安全、灵活和功能强大的基于Internet的自助建站系统,用户可以轻松的实现线上建站和自助维护网站功能,建站和所有功能用户都能自己完成,很轻松的实现企业网络信息化电子平台。在全球化的市场中,企业不再是一个个单独的个体,企业内部、企业之间都需要不断的进行协同。由于中小企业的购买能力较低,而协同设计系统的建设成本高、周期长、后期使用与维护费用高,制约了协同技术在中小企业中的应用。ASP模式的出现提供了解决这一问题的方法。最后,开发了面向协同工作信息服务平台的原型系统,今后将对该系统进行不断完善和改进,为我市中小企业的电子商务发展和信息化平台建设提供有效的软件支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessity for Middle-small sized enterprises in the development of our nation’s economy. In face of drastic market competition, it is necessity for Middle-small sized enterprises to rectify their develop tactic, remodel their running mode, in order to fit the variety of market quickly and then enhance their core rival ability. it is a kind of management mode of creating its website in order to enlarge and develop itself in the future. To build ASP Public Service Platform for all Middle-small sized enterprises is very important.In this article, we described how to use Object Oriented Method to analysis design the platform of Small and medium-sized enterises,and use ASP.NET and ADO.NET to build a Content Management System(CMS). This platform is of a three-tiered B/S structure, which consists by of a user interface layer, a business logical layer and a data layer.Because of this reason, the paper researched and developed DIY self-creating website system based on Internet for the medium-size or small-size enterprise. It is a safe and flexible system for user to create his website on-line and manage his website on-line by himself very conveniently.In theglobal market, enterprises are no longer individuals. Cooperation between different enterprises or different departments within an enterprise becomes more and more common. On the one hand, SMEs have not enough purchasing power abilities; On the other hand, collaborative system is characterized by higher development cost, longer cycle, more maintenance charges, which makes it impossible for collaborative technologies to apply well into SMEs. Finally,A prototype system is developed to show the availability of the ASP-based common-work solution.
