适合大庆二类油层三元复合体系注入能力实验研究

【摘要】 随着开采的日益深入,大庆油田已进入高含水后期开发阶段,碱/表面活性剂/聚合物三元复合驱成为继聚合物驱后进行剩余油挖潜的又一项重要三次采油技术。现场应用表明:三元复合驱可以提高采收率20%以上,但是随之而来也出现了一些问题,特别是强碱的注入将引起地层粘土分散、运移、膨胀,导致地层渗透率下降,强碱与油层流体及岩石矿物反应形成碱垢,对地层造成伤害,引起油井结垢、生产井产液能力下降、检泵周期缩短等一系列问题,同时强碱还会导致采出液破乳脱水困难,聚合物粘弹性降低等,因此需要复合驱弱碱化。本文以二类油层弱碱三元体系聚合物的注入能力研究为主要内容,对三元体系聚合物相对分子质量与地层渗透率匹配性进行了实验研究,对体系的界面张力性能、粘度性能、油水适应性能等进行了实验评价,通过室内物理模拟驱油实验对适合二类油层的三元体系进行了驱油效果评价。实验结果表明:该三元体系与三厂原油的界面张力在较宽的活性剂浓度范围内能够达到10-3mN/m数量级;体系的粘度和界面张力的稳定性较好;三元体系聚合物相对分子质量筛选的结果为室内物理模拟实验提供支持,驱油实验结果表明弱碱三元体系可以提高二类油层采收率18%以上。
【Abstract】 With the progress of exploration, Daqing oil field has turned into high-water period. ASP flooding is another important EOR technology after polymer flooding. Field application indicates that ASP flooding can enhance oil recovery over 20%, but many problems follows. Among of them, the most severe effect on formation is that alkaline can lower formation permeability because it can disperse formation clay and make them move and swell. Alkali scale forms after it reacts with formation fluid and rock, which does harm to formation. At the same time, alkali scale forms in the oil well to reduce the production, shortens period of checking pump etc. Alkali makes it difficult to demulsify for production fluid and can lower largely viscoelasticity of polymer.Therefore the ASP drive need weaken alkali base.This article takes the base of Research on injectivity of ASP system polymer suit to classⅡoil layer as the main research content, the experimental studying to the ASP system polymericular weight match to permeability. And studying to the system interfacial tension performance,the viscosity performance, the perquisite adaptation performance and so on has been carried on the experimental appraisal.Moreover through opened in the exhibition room the physical analogue to drive the oil experiment to suit classⅡoil layers the ASP system to carry on has driven the oil effect appraisal. The experimental result indicated that this ternary system can achieve the 10-3mN/m magnitude with three factory crude oil interfacial tension in the wide active ingredient density scope; The system viscosity and the interfacial tension stability is good; The ternary system polymericular weight selecting result provides the support for the the physical analogue experiment in room. The experiment result of driving the oil to indicate the weak base ASP system may enhance classⅡoil layer recovery above 18% .
