【摘要】 随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市建筑垃圾的产生量和排出量也在快速增长,如何处理和利用这些建筑垃圾已经成为人们不得不面对的一个重要问题。建筑垃圾资源化成为解决建筑垃圾带来的环境影响的一种有效途径。为了缓解建筑垃圾带来的压力,本文对建筑垃圾资源进行了研究。本文通过对陕西省西安市建筑垃圾处理现状调查,研究建筑垃圾资源化的解决措施。调查结果显示该区域建筑垃圾产生量大,建筑垃圾处置方式简单、综合利用率低,建筑垃圾的大量产生造成了环境污染、资源浪费,并逐渐影响到城市建设。造成建筑垃圾现状的主要原因是目前建筑垃圾资源化技术水平低,垃圾资源化缺乏相关的法律法规管理和建筑垃圾资源化企业没有相应的政策扶持。论文通过案例分析的方法对现阶段成熟的建筑垃圾资源化技术分析,结合被调查区域的建筑垃圾现状、经济条件和管理水平,借鉴国内外成功的建筑垃圾资源化经验,从技术、经济、管理角度提出了推进城市建筑垃圾资源化的措施:主要由四个部分组成,一是促进建筑垃圾处理的产业化,二是建筑垃圾资源化需要有相关的政策扶持,三是建筑垃圾需要综合管理,四是建立建筑垃圾资源化产业链。本论文的研究成果,能对西安市乃至国内其它城市建筑垃圾资源化提供理论支持,对减少建筑垃圾、合理利用具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whit the development of urbanization process,.the city constrction waste produce and output become more and more.How could disposal and utilization of constrction waste is serious problems to peolop.Reclamation of constrction waste is an efficient path.The paper study for solve the problem of constrction waste.The dissertation bases on city constrction wastein Shanxi Province Xi’an city,study how to solve the constrction waste problem.According to the latest survey,the production of solid waste very large,and reclamatation is in a simple way,the comprehensive utilization rate in a low level.,many constrction waste cause environmental disruption and resource-wasting, and affect city construction.Bringing about the cause that the building rubbish produces is the engineering level builds waste resource-rization is low,short of the pertinent law and policy.Thesis the technology building wastes resource-rization is analytical by analytical method of case to the present stage maturity,with the area’s building rubbish current situation,economy condition and control level,draw the experience building wastes abroad successfully resource-rization,from technology,economy,management point out the measure of solve the waste problem.The measure include four facts:constrction waste putting to use in production,constrction waste policy,wastes general management and constrction waste industry chain.The paper’s research results could be made the support decision making in Xi’an and other cities builds waste reclamation.更多还原
