【摘要】 有效的教育评估和质量监督机制是保障教育质量的重要手段。经过十几年的评估实践,职业教育在某种程度上积累了相当多的经验和方法,促进了职业学校的发展。但是无论是与国外职业教育相比,还是与国内的普通教育相比,我国的职业教育在评估领域的研究与实践方面都有着很大差距。如何对职业学校进行科学评价,为其健康发展提供决策理论和事实依据,已引起职业教育界同行的普遍关注。综观职业学校评估的发展道路,我们可以发现职业教育的评价有其自身的特点,而这是根源于职业教育的实践性和开放性。不难看出传统的教育评价在逐步改进,新的评价理念也正在冲击着固有的评价思想、评价模式、评价方式以及评价标准等。本文将发展性教育理念引入职业学校评估之中,在对我国职业学校评估现状研究的基础上,提出了一些改善策略,并尝试构建了一套职业学校发展性评估方案。以下是本文的主体结构:第一章是导言。主要交代了研究背景与意义、研究思路以及研究方法,并对已有的研究做了整理与综述,对相关概念进行了厘清与界定。本章是全文论述的基础。第二章是发展性评估理论研究。本章梳理了教育评估发展阶段,分析了教育评估理论的趋向,在对发展性教育评估基本理念进行介绍分析以后,总结了发展性教育评估理念在国外的运用,以期对我国职业学校的发展性评估予以启示。第三章是职业学校评估现状研究。本章选取了国家级重点中等职业学校评估、上海市百所中等职业学校重点建设评估、以及江苏省中等职业学校星级评估三套方案以及实践作为研究对象,从评估模式、评估主体、评估方法以及评估内容等几方面来分析与总结我国现阶段职业学校评估现状与实施效果,并针对我国现阶段职业学校评估当中的一些问题,提出将发展性理念引入职业学校评估中的构想。第四章是职业学校发展性评估研究。本章将发展性评估理念引入职业学校评估,围绕引导职业学校建立自评机制、加强职校评估专家队伍建设、职业学校发展性评估指标改良、改良评估方式以及提高评估结果的应用效益等几方面提出了一些改善策略,并在此基础上尝试构建了一套职业学校发展性评估方案,包括实践模式与评估指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective education quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism is very important for protecting the quality of education. After more than ten years of evaluation practice, to some extent vocational education has already accumulated a considerable amount of experience and methods, and promoted the development of vocational schools. But whether it is in comparison with foreign vocational education or domestic general education, there is still a big gap in the research and practice on evaluation field of domestic vocational. How to carry out scientific evaluation of vocational schools and provide decision-making strategy and factual basis for their healthy development? This problem has already raised widespread concern in vocational education field. Looking at the development path of the evaluation for vocational schools, we can see that the evaluation of vocational education has its own characteristics, which is rooted in the practicality and openness of vocational education.It is not difficult to see that traditional education evaluation is gradually making progress, while new evaluation concepts are impacting the existing evaluation ideas, evaluation models, evaluation methods and evaluation standards etc. This thesis will introduce the concept of developmental education into the evaluation of vocational schools. Based on the current status of vocational schools evaluation research in our country, this thesis will propose several improvement strategies, and try to build a vocational school developmental evaluation program.Following is the main structure of this thesis:The first chapter is the Introduction. It explains the research background and significance, research ideas and research methods, it has surveyed and synthesized the existing research, and it has also clarified and defined the related concepts. This chapter is the basis of the whole thesis.ChapterⅡis on the theoretical research of developmental evaluation. This chapter has sorted out development stages of education evaluation field, analyzed the trends of educational evaluation theory. After the introduction of the basic concepts of developmental education evaluation, it summarized the application of the developmental education evaluation philosophy in some foreign countries, with a view to the development evaluation of China’s vocational schools.ChapterⅢis a study of the status quo of vocational schools evaluation. This chapter selected three projects as the major research targets; these projects include the state-level of key secondary vocational schools evaluation project, the key construction evaluation project of Shanghai’s 100 secondary vocational schools, and the star-rate evaluation project of secondary vocational schools in Jiangsu Province. From different aspects such as the evaluation pattern, evaluation subject, evaluation methods and evaluation contents, this chapter analyzed and summarized the status quo and implementation effect of current vocational schools evaluation in China. In against to the problems found in the above process, this chapter proposed the idea of bringing developmental philosophy into vocational schools evaluation.ChapterⅣis the research on the developmental evaluation of vocational schools. This chapter brought the developmental evaluation philosophy into vocational schools. It raised several improving strategies for the following topics: to direct vocational schools to establish a self-evaluation mechanism, to strengthen the experts group building for vocational schools evaluation, to improve the vocational schools evaluation indicators, to meliorate the evaluation methods and to enhance the applicative effectiveness of the evaluation results. Based on these suggestions, it further tried to construct a set of vocational schools developmental evaluation scheme, including practice models and evaluation indicators.更多还原
