公共危机信息网络传播的监控体系研究

【摘要】 我们生活在危机频发的社会,网络时代的到来又使公共危机信息的网络传播在公共危机管理中存在着较大的隐患。本文基于我国公共危机信息网络传播现状,通过结合国外发达国家公共危机管理的先进经验,明确公共危机信息网络传播在公共危机管理中的作用及效应,正视其发挥的正面功能,重视由于网络传播带来的负面作用,通过实例总结以往的经验和教训,找出我国公共危机信息网络传播中由于缺乏有效监控而存在的许多问题并分析其原因,探讨完善监控体系的必要性。按照管理学、传播学等相关理论,以公共危机生命周期的视角根据公共危机信息存在的三个阶段—事前、事中和事后,从政府、媒体和社会三个角度来研究,构建完善的公共危机信息网络传播的监控体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 We are living in crisis-prone society, the advent of the Internet age bring a greater risk in the network communications of public crisis information in the public crisis management. Based on the spread of the status quo of the public crisis information networks of our country, through the combination of the advanced experience of the public crisis management in developed countries, defining the role and effect of the spread of public crisis information networks in public crisis management, to face up to its role as a positive function, and emphasis on the negative effects of network, summing up experience and lessons through the example in the past to identify the exists problems that in the absence of effective monitoring and controlling in the dissemination of public crisis information networks and the reasons, and discussing the need to improve the monitoring system. In accordance with the Management, Communication and other related theories, from the perspective in the life cycle of the public crisis, in accordance with the existence of three phases-before, during and after the incident, from the government, the media and the community to study the three perspectives, building a sound monitoring system in the dissemination of information network of public crisis.更多还原
