基于STM32F103芯片的USB接口的研究与实现

【摘要】 USB是一种新型的计算机总线接口技术,其全称为Universal Serial Bus(通用串行总线)。USB接口使计算机和外部设备的连接变得十分方便。到目前为止,USB已经在PC机的多种外设上得到了应用,同时在工业生产、科研等领域也得到了广泛的应用。USB成为逐渐取代其它接口标准的数据通信标准,USB接口也有了取代其它老式接口的趋势。现今基于USB,尤其是USB2.0的设备应用非常广泛。笔者以意法半导体公司采用ARM Cortex-M3 32位RISC内核的STM32F103芯片为硬件平台,结合USB2.0规范协议和STM32F103芯片的USB接口特性,分别设计并实现了基于STM32F103的USB设备功能和USB HOST功能。文章首先简单介绍了USB总线和USB系统结构的概念,剖析了USB2.0规范协议。然后基于STM32F103 USB固件库开发了针对STM32F103 USB接口的PC机下的Windows驱动程序和应用程序,验证了STM32F103 USB作为USB从设备的可行性。另外针对STM32F103应用范围的扩大,STM32F103作为USB主控制端的应用需求也日益增大,本文通过引入USB总线接口芯片CH375扩展了STM32F103的USB HOST功能,并通过设计一个针对STM32F103的USBHOST的U盘解决方案验证了STM32F103作为USB主控制端的可行性。全文全篇围绕ST公司STM32F103芯片的USB接口的研究和扩展作了全面地介绍,为基于STM32F103芯片USB的进一步应用打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 USB is a new interface technology of computer bus.It’s fullname is Universal Serial Bus.USB interface makes the connection of the computer and the peripheral equipment easy.By now,USB has been applied to many peripheral equipments.At the same time,it is also applied in the fields of industry manufacture and science research.USB has gradually replaced other data communication standards.USB interface has the trend that replace other old interfaces.Now the device development based on USB,especially USB 2.0 begins to increase.The paper has the st’s STM32F103 chip with ARM Cortex-M3 32 bits RISC kernel as the hardward platform.With the USB 2.0 standard protocol and the USB interface’s character,I design and realize the STM32F103 USB device’s function and USB HOST’s function.The paper first introduces the concept of USB Bus and USB system structure,and gives a recapitulative description of the USB 2.0 standard protocol.Then it introduces the development of Windows’ driver and application program in PC based on the usb fireware library of STM32F103.On the other hand,with the STM32F103’s application increase,the application need that the STM32F103 is as the USB host control has increased.The paper realizes the STM32F103’s USB HOST function through the introduction of USB bus interface chip CH375.At last,the paper extends the STM32F103 USB HOST’s function with the CH375 chip and proves the STM32F 103 USB HOST system feasible through a U disk solution project.The research gives a comprehensive introduction to the STM32F103 USB’s research and expansion.At the same time it has also laid a good foundation for the USB deeper application in the STM32F103 chip.
