大陆半导体产业合作研发项目模式选择

【摘要】 最近十年间,中国大陆半导体产业一片繁荣,为了提高国际市场份额和竞争力,半导体企业间的合作研发已越来越广泛,多种合作创新模式出现在企业的合作项目中。半导体企业期望通过合作研发项目的实现来提升企业的技术水平和产品竞争力,但对于如何进行合作研发的项目管理,在项目计划阶段对合作研发模式需要考虑哪些问题以及如何选择合作模式,需要理论结合实际进行必要的研究。本文拟结合大陆半导体产业特点,对行业的合作项目模式进行分析和探讨,力图为半导体行业提出合作项目模式选择提供可借鉴的模型。本文的研究思路是在前人研究的基础上,结合理论的和半导体行业现有的合作研发模式,分析影响半导体行业合作研发模式选择的主要因素,运用适当的研究方法导出本文的研究结论。在研究方法上,结合中国大陆半导体行业的实际样本数据,采用LOGIT回归方法来获得研究结果。文章结构安排:首先分析了目前大陆半导体产业的合作研发现状,对合作研发的文献进行了综述,并阐明本文的研究思路和方法;其次,对合作研发模式的分类以及特点进行理论上的特征分析;接着,本文探讨了对半导体产业在进行模式选择时可能产生作用的影响因素,并对个体影响因素进行了研究分析;然后结合实际调查的大陆半导体产业内数个厂家的众多合作项目样本,运用LOGIT回归方法,对造成模式选择的影响因素进行回归分析,从而找出具有显著影响力的关键因素,并获得相应的评价模型;文章的最后部分提出本文的研究结论和研究展望,对半导体产业合作研发模式选择提出了合适的评价模型以及分析出具有显著影响的关键因素。本文结合了半导体产业实际发展过程中合作研发项目的调查,综合运用了合作研发项目管理的理论知识,并采用LOGIT回归分析的方法,提出一个适合半导体产业合作研发模式选择具有指导意义的评价模型。本文的不足之处在于,研究对象仅仅限于国内大陆半导体产业,所得出的结论暂时无法扩展到中国台湾或者国外的半导体产业。因此,在文章的最后,作者提了对半导体产业合作研发模式选择的研究展望,期望今后能在研究对象的突破、研究样本的扩容、影响因素的扩展以及对契约式合作研发采用层次回归进行分析等方面进行进一步研究。
【Abstract】 The industry of semi-conductor products manufacturing was keeping prospers in the recent 10 years. In order to improve the shares and competencies in international market, cooperative R&D or innovation among the semiconductor products manufacturers was wildly spread more and more. The semiconductor products manufacturers expected to improve the technologies and products competencies through the cooperative R&D projects. However, it was necessary to implement the investigation from theoretics and realities on how to manage the cooperative R&D projects, what problems need to be assessed during the planning, and which mode to choose. Combining with the characteristics of semiconductor products manufacturer industry, this article would like to analyze and discuss the R&D collaboration mode and try to provide useful selection for reference among the modes of R&D collaboration.Based on the previous research and concerned to theoretics and present cooperative modes of semiconductor products manufacturer industry, this article analyzed main factors, which effected the selection of modes in R&D collaboration of semiconductor products manufacturer industry, and deduced the conclusion through the investigation. The LOGIT model was used based on the examples from Chinese PR semiconductor products manufacturer industry.The main pattern of the article was as following. Firstly, the article analyzed the situation of R&D collaboration of Chinese PR semiconductor products manufacturers, summarized the reference literatures, and illustrated the thoughts and investigation methods of the article. Secondary, the article categorized the modes of R&D collaborations and analyzed the each categories characters from theoretics. After those, the article discussed the possible factors, which would effect the selection of the modes, and analyzed the factors individually. We surveyed many samples of R&D collaboration projects among the several manufacturers of Chinese PR semiconductor industry. And then, the key factors were found so that we could get the suitable evaluation model. The last part of the article presented the research conclusion, author expectation, and suitable evaluation model of mode selection in the R&D collaboration of semiconductor products manufacturing industry and gave out the most effective key factor.The article gave out a suitable and guidable evaluation model for the selection in the R&D collaboration of semiconductor products manufacturing industry by surveying the real R&D collaboration projects of semiconductor products manufacturing industry, implementing management theoretics of collaboration projects, and using LOGIT Regression Analysis. However, the objects only covered semiconductor products manufacturing industry in Chinese PR so that the conclusion did not suit for Chinese Taiwan or other countries and areas. Thus, the authors made the expectations for the research on the mode selection of R&D collaboration in the semiconductor products manufacturing industry. Those were more special objects, more different samples, more effective factors, and advanced investigation on Regression Analysis, which was applied contract collaboration. All these would possibly make the positive and guidable meaning for the research conclusion.
