GSM网络的TCH拥塞问题研究

【摘要】 自20世纪80年代中期以来,蜂窝移动通信从第一代的模拟蜂窝移动通信系统发展成第二代的数字蜂窝移动通信系统。作为欧洲一个数字蜂窝移动通信标准的GSM系统于1991年正式在欧洲面世,由于其公开的规范标准和诸多优点,很快就在全世界范围内的到了广泛的应用,实现了世界范围内移动用户的联网漫游。我国目前运行着两张GSM网络,分别是由中国移动及中国联通建设运营。然而随着GSM网络的不断扩大,网络拥塞的现象的发生也就越加频繁。本文主要研究的就是GSM网络拥塞的一种——TCH拥塞。因为TCH拥塞的成因复杂,所以在以往解决TCH拥塞是难免有毫无头绪且又无从下手感觉。本文所研究的,就是建立一个通用于解决所有TCH拥塞的一整套方案。从而降低TCH拥塞的发生机率,或者减少拥塞发生后的处理时间。本文首先描述了TCH拥塞的定义及形成原因,其次通过案例对TCH拥塞进行了详细的描述并提出解决方案,然后对本文所提出的解决TCH拥塞的方法进行评估,并且依靠此方法实际解决TCH拥塞案例,最后对全文做出总结。本文通过研究与经验积累探索出了一整套专门针对所有导致TCH拥塞原因的解决方案。

【Abstract】 Since the middle of 1980s 20th century,the cellular mobile phone system has gradually developed from the first generation,the analog cellular system to the second generation,the digital cellular system.As the first digital cellular mobile phone system standard,GSM first formally appeared in 1991 in the Europe,which,due to the open standard and many other advantages,has been broadly used over the world since then,realizing the roaming within the GSM network globally.Currently there are two GSM networks in China,being operated by China Mobile and China Unicom respectively.However,together with the expansion of the GSM network,the traffic blocking of the networks happens frequently.This article mainly focuses on the research of one of the GSM network blocking-TCH blocking.The reasons of TCH blocking are quite complicated,therefore sometimes it is hardly to find the way to start with and difficult to dig out the root causes.Hence,what we researched here is to set up a complete set of solution to resolve the TCH blocking whatever the reasons are,which will further decreases the possibility of TCH blocking happening and/or shorten the duration of trouble shooting against the TCH blocking.First of all,the article describes the definition and the causes of TCH blocking.Secondly it gives a detailed description on the TCH blocking with a real case and provides the solution.Thirdly the solution to the TCH blocking is assessed in the article and a real case is used to show how TCH blocking is resolved with the solution.Finally it comes with the summary that a complete set of solution to the TCH blocking due to whatever reasons is found based on the research and experience.
