关于膜技术在电镀废水处理实施效果的分析与评价研究

【摘要】 电镀工业在国民经济建设中具有举足轻重的地位,是绝大多数行业在生产过程中不可缺少的重要组成部分。与此同时,电镀工业也是当今全球三大重污染行业之一,电镀废水如果不经处理直接排放,将给周围环境带来很大的危害。采用合理可行的处理工艺实现电镀废水的重金属资源回收和中水回用是解决电镀工业污染问题的最佳途径,也是实现电镀产业可持续性发展的根本条件之一。目前国内外已开发了许多种电镀废水处理技术,但大多有其自身的缺陷。膜处理技术作为一种先进的处理电镀废水工艺,为电镀漂洗水处理提供了“绿色”的解决方案,得到了广泛的研究和空前的发展。然而膜与膜组件应用到电镀废水处理,国内还缺少成熟的技术经验。目前,在我国有关采用膜技术进行电镀废水处理综合效益评价方面的研究还鲜有文献报道。因此,本研究对电镀废水重金属回用和中水回收过程中膜组件设备的实施效果试图进行全面、系统的评价,目的在于为建立采用膜技术进行电镀废水回收利用效果的评价标准提供参考,该项研究对促进膜技术标准行业的发展,对电镀废水中重金属资源的有效回收以及废水的控制、处理及回用等规划管理措施的制定具有重要的现实意义。本文根据综合指标体系选择的基本原则,采用理论分析法和专家分析法,从技术—经济—社会—环境四个角度构建了三个层次4个子系统15个目标的评价膜技术在电镀废水处理效果的综合评价指标体系。在此基础上,利用AHP法借助MATLAB软件计算确定各个评价指标的权重,将模糊综合评价方法引入膜技术在电镀废水处理效果的综合评价中。以厦门绿创科技有限公司所研发的膜处理系统应用到某公司的工程项目进行了实际案例研究。本研究计算出的最后结果表明:该工程项目的模糊隶属度为“0.54”,属于“很好”的状态范围。与实际运行情况相比,该工程项目由厦门市环境检测站进行项目验收,结果表明是各项指标均符合国家标准和项目合同规定的技术指标。由于目前膜技术应用成本相对较高,该工程项目的经济性能子系统只在“好”的状态。尽管由于膜组件造价高的因素,使该项技术的综合评价值还未处在“很好”的范围,随着膜技术发展,各项技术性能的持续提升,价格的下降,可以预计在不久的将来,此项技术综合评价值可以达到“很好”的阶段。

【Abstract】 Electroplating has an important role in national economy and it is an indispensable component in the process of production in most industries.However,at tge sane time electroplating industry is one of the three heavily polluting industries in the world today.If the untreated electroplating wastewater freely releases into the nature,it will bring great harm to the environment.Therefore,the recycling of heavy metal and reusing of wastewater in electroplating are imperative.At present there are many technologies to deal with electroplating wastewater, but most have their own defects.Membrane as a new treating electroplating wastewater Technology provides a "green" solution for treating electroplating wastewater,which has get widely research and unprecedented development.However, the using membrane and membrane module in treating electroplating wastewater is lack of mature technical experience in domestic.And there is also lack of theoretical research on the evaluation of membrane technology applied in the field of electroplating wastewater.Therefore,this thesis tries to conduct a comprehensive, accurate and reasonable evaluation of the effect of membrane module device used in the process of reusing and recycling of heavy metal and wastewater of electroplating, which also has a good referenced effect in the dealing with the recycle of electroplating wastewater with membrane technology and the effect evaluation at home.It is also good for the standard of membrane technology as well as has an important practical significance on research of metal recycle and the controlling, dealing and reusing of wastewater in Electroplating.This paper based on the basic principles of selecting a comprehensive index system,and using theoretical and expert analysis to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system including three levels,4 sub-systems and the 15 objectives from the view of technique-economy-society-environment.Then calculate and determine the weights of each index using the method of AHP with MATLAB software and introduce the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of membrane technology in electroplating wastewater treatment.Finally,take the company which uses membrane provided and studied by the Xiamen" green technology" company as an example to carry out empirical research.Finally,the result is that the fuzzy membership of the company is"0.54",which belongs to the range of "very good" state.Compared with the practical operation,the project was check by the Environmental monitoring station of Xiamen city,and get the conclusion is that each index meets National Institute of Standards and project contracts.Because of the economic cost of the membrane technique is relatively higher,the sub-system of economic capability belongs to "good" state.So considering the economic cost,this technology has not been in "very good" state.However,as the further development of membrane technology as well as the further improvement of each technical capability and a decline in prices,this technology will be in a "very good" stage in the near future.
