【摘要】 本研究以农村义务教育可持续发展为出发点,以促进民族农村中小学教师专业发展为目标,以实证研究为手段,以民族地区农村中小学教师为研究对象,借鉴国内外学者关于教师专业发展问题的研究成果,通过问卷调查与分析、座谈访谈等形式,研究与分析了黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市梅里斯达斡尔族区乡镇中小学教师专业发展的现状,通过分析制约其专业发展的主要问题和原因,提出现阶段促进民族农村教师专业发展的主要策略:建立民族地区农村中小学教师专业发展的有效保障机制;努力提高其专业自主发展的内驱力;拓宽其专业发展的途径,强化评价管理。通过促进民族地区农村中小学教师的专业发展,进而促进民族地区教育质量的提高,实现城乡教育均衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study uses the sustainable development of rural compulsory education as the starting point, aimed at promoting the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers, by means of empirical research, using rural primary and secondary school teachers in minority areas as the research object and using the research results about the professional development of teachers of domestic and foreign scholars for reference. Research and analysis of the current situation of professional development of township primary and secondary school teachers in Daur District, Mehlis, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province are done through a questionnaire survey and analysis, interviews and other forms of discussion. By analyzing the main reasons and problems of the constraints on their professional development, it puts forward the main strategies to promote the professional development of teachers in rural areas at the present stage: establishing an effective protection system of the professional development of a national rural primary and secondary school teachers; making efforts to improve their professional self-development drive; broadening their professional development, intensifying administration of evaluation. The quality of education in minority areas can be improved and a balanced development of urban and rural education can be achieved through the promotion of professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers in minority areas.更多还原
