【摘要】 专业服务是《服务贸易总协定》的一个重要的新兴服务项目。近几十年来,国际专业服务在国际服务贸易中迅速崛起。它的发展有着广阔的市场前景。20世纪80年代开始,专业服务跨国公司开始在国际上大规模扩张。目前,我国本土专业服务仍处于幼稚发展时期,国际竞争力较低,需要引进外资来促进其快速发展。因此,我们应该抓住专业服务业国际扩张的有利时机,大力吸引专业服务国际直接投资,学习发达国家的先进经验,提升本国的专业服务的国际竞争力。本文以专业服务业国际直接投资为研究对象,主要研究了投资的机制、影响投资的各种因素,并提出我国应对的调控对策。首先对专业服务业及专业服务业国际直接投资的概念和范围进行界定,分析了当今专业服务贸易自由化背景下,专业服务业国际直接投资的特点和我国专业服务贸易的现状。然后,重点从驱动力机制和进入方式选择机制两方面分析专业服务业国际直接投资机制。再对影响投资的因素进行实证分析,运用灰色关联分析,建立模型,分析各影响因素对投资的影响程度的高低。最后,在理论与实证想结合的基础上,提出我国应对专业服务业国际化,努力吸引国际直接投资的调控对策。通过研究,要深刻认识到开放引资的重要性,努力让本国专业服务业融入国际化大趋势。我国专业服务企业要有开阔的视野和全球竞争的意识,培养迅速适应全球环境变化的能力并建立与之相适应的战略。借鉴国际通行做法来规范企业行为,以更好地与国际接轨,通过不断的全球学习和国际经验的积累来增强企业的国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional services is an important emerging services in "General Agreement on Trade in Services" (GATS). In recent decades, professional services rise at a rapid speed. The market prospects of its development are very broad. From the beginning of the 1980s, professional services multinational corporations began expanding on a large scale. At present, the local professional services in our country are still in its infancy stage of development with low international competitiveness. China should attract foreign investment necessary to promote its rapid development. Therefore, we should seize the opportunity of the international expansion on professional services, attract direct investment, and study the advanced experience of developed countries to enhance international competitiveness of professional services.In this paper, professional services international direct investment is the research object. The paper mainly studies the mechanism of investment, the impact factor of investments, and control measures of our country. Firstly the paper gives the concept of professional services and professional services international direct investment and the scope of the definition. Then the paper analyzes the characteristics of international direct investment and the status of professional services trade in our country in the context of liberalization of trade in services. Secondly, the paper analyzes the mechanisms of PS international direct investment from two aspects. One aspect is driving force mechanisms,the other aspects is entry mode choice mechanisms. Then we start to empirically analyze the factors affecting the investment,use model building to analyze impact extent of the of factors of the investment .Finally, on the basis of combining theoretical and empirical study we give the control suggestion of our country to deal with professional services internationalization. We should make an effort to attract Foreign Direct Investment.Through this research, we should have a thorough understanding of the importance of attracting foreign investment. We should strive to enable the integration into the general trend of the professional services internationalization. PSFs in China should have a broader vision and a sense of global competition and train to adapt quickly to global environmental with the ability to set up corresponding strategies. Through continuous learning and the accumulation of international experience, it will enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.更多还原
