【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,伴随着经济全球化的大趋势,区域经济一体化也在快速发展,各国之间的经济联系日益紧密。中俄两国作为相邻大国,不论在双边关系还是在地区合作以及国际舞台上都有着密切的协作,并且已经建立起比较稳固和彼此信任的战略协作伙伴关系,这标志着中俄两国的政治关系已经达到了相当高的境界。但是,就目前来看,由于受诸多因素的影响,中俄两国的双边贸易规模并不是很大,可以说中俄两国的贸易合作远远落后于政治合作。因此,在当前中俄经济加速发展的新形势下,双方有必要携手来推动两国经贸合作开创新局面、迈上新水平。两国加强经贸领域的合作,对促进中俄两国的经济发展,推动东北亚地区经济协作,以适应经济全球化这一发展总趋势,具有重要的现实意义。鉴于此,本文研究的目的就在于通过分析影响中俄贸易的因素和制定促进中俄贸易发展的对策,为加强中俄两国的贸易合作、改变中俄两国贸易量比较小的现状提供建议和支撑,以促使两国贸易沿着健康、稳定、有序、快速的轨道发展。本文在总结国内外有关研究成果的基础上,综合运用多学科的知识,把中俄贸易作为论文研究的主要对象;以国际贸易理论作为分析的理论基础;把中俄贸易发展现状以及存在的问题作为论文的逻辑起点;以影响中俄贸易的因素分析和发展中俄贸易的对策研究作为论文研究的重要内容,并对中俄贸易前景进行了展望。全文共分六大部分,各部分主要内容如下:第一部分前言,简要介绍研究背景与研究意义、国内外学者的研究现状及相关文献、研究思路与研究方法、创新与不足之处,是对全文的概括。第二部分介绍主要的国际贸易理论知识,包括传统的国际贸易理论和当代国际贸易理论,为研究中俄贸易打下良好的理论基础。第三部分介绍中俄贸易发展现状与存在的问题,本部分包含了大量的统计数据,使分析更加直观和具体。第四部分分析影响中俄贸易的主要因素,包括自然环境、政治关系、社会文化和经济发展四个方面的因素。其中,经济因素是影响中俄贸易的重要因素,在这里分析了两国经济的互补性关系。本部分采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,使分析更加准确可信。第五部分是对中俄贸易前景进行展望,在分析两国贸易结合度的基础上,简要分析了当前金融危机对两国贸易的影响,重点分析了两国未来重点合作的领域。第六部分在分析中俄贸易现状、存在问题及影响因素的基础上,重点探讨发展中俄贸易的对策,为进一步发展中俄两国的贸易关系提供参考。本文在吸收现有学术成果的基础上,实现了以下几个方面的创新:首先,本文以中俄贸易关系作为研究对象,较为全面、系统地研究中俄贸易发展现状与存在问题、影响因素和发展对策等内容。其次,结合大量的最新数据资料,将理论研究与实证研究相结合,使分析结果更具有说服力。再次,本文在广泛调查研究的基础上,结合当前金融危机的影响,提出若干对策,特别是对建立中俄自由贸易区进行了初步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the trend of economic globalization, regional economic integration has also been developed rapidly since the 1990s. Economical relations in world countries are also closer and closer. AS the two big neighboring countries, China and Russia have close collaboration in bilateral relations and regional cooperation as well as the international areas. The two sides have built a strategic partnership of cooperation.So the Sino-Russian political relations have reached a very high level. But due to many factors, the scale of Sino-Russian bilateral trade is not so large now. Sino-Russian trade cooperation far fall behind the political cooperation.Therefore, in the current international situation to accelerate the evolution of China and Russia to speed up economic development in the new situation, both sides need to work together to promote better relations between the two countries especially in economic and trade cooperration to create a new situation, to a new level. It has vital practical significance in promoting economic development of both China and Russia and the economic cooperation of North East Asia, to adapting to the general trend of economic globalization. In view of this, through the analysis of the factors of affecting the Sino-Russian trade and development strategies of promoting the Sino-Russian trade development, the purpose of this thesis is to provide advice and support to strengthen the Sino-Russian trade cooperation and change the present situation of small trade volume, promoting the trades of the two countries along with the health, stable, order and fast orbital development.On the basis of domestic and foreign related research results, this thesis utilizes the multi-disciplinary knowledge, taking Sino-Russian trade development as the main object; taking the present situation and existence problems of Sino-Russian trade as the logical beginning; taking the influencing factors and countermeasures as the important content. It also carries on the forecast to the China and Russia trade prospect.The thesis has 6 chapters as follows.In chapter1, the thesis introduces the background and significance of this research. A review of related studies abroad and home, the research ideas and the innovations of this thesis are introduced. It is the summary introduction of the thesis. In chapter2, the main trade theoretical knowledge are introduced, including the traditional trade theory and contemporary trade theory, to study the Sino-Russian trade to build the good foundation.They form theoretical foundation for the following study of the Sino-Russian trade.In chapter3, the thesis analysis the current situation and problems of Sino-Russian trade.This part covers lots of statistical data, causing the analysis to be more intuitive and concrete.In chapter4, the main influencing factors to Sino-Russian trade are introduced, including natural environment, political relation, social culture and economic development four aspect factors. Among them, the economic factor is the most important factors, where analyzed the economy supplementary relationship of the two countries. This part uses both qualitative and quantitative analysis, causing the analysis to be more accurate and credible.In chapter5, the forecast of Sino-Russian trade is introduced.On the basis of analyzing trade combination, this chapter briefly analyzes the influence of present financial crisis, especially in the focus areas for cooperation in the future. In chapter6, on the basis of analyzing Sino-Russian trade current situation, existence problems and influencing factors, this part discusses the countermeasures of developing the Sino-Russian trade, providing the reference to developing Sino-Russian trade relation.Based on the former scholars, the thesis has several innovations: First of all, the thesis takes Sino-Russion trade as research subject. It is more comprehensive and systematic than others. Secondly, combining many new data, this thesis uses the qualitative and quantitative method to promte analysis more convincing. Thirdly, on the basis of extensive investigations, combining the influence of present financial crisis, the thesis puts forward many countermeasures, especially in research on building the Sino-Russian Free Trade Area.更多还原
