火电厂锅炉故障诊断系统设计

【摘要】 火电厂锅炉故障诊断是火电厂安全运行的一个重要环节,把面向对象的方法和人工智能技术应用于锅炉故障诊断是该领域一个活跃的发展方向。本课题在广泛查阅国内外有关故障诊断理论、技术和方法的基础上,根据火电厂锅炉系统结构、功能及故障特点,并结合锅炉运行特性,分析了电厂锅炉运行中可能出现的故障情况,提出了锅炉故障诊断系统总体框架,建立了火电厂锅炉故障诊断系统知识库和推理机,并用VC++实现了系统的初步设计。

【Abstract】 Fault diagnosis of boiler in power plant is an important tache of the power plant. It is active development direction to apply object oriented method and the technology of artificial intelligence in boiler fault diagnosis. Based on the existing theory and technology of fault diagnosis, firstly the likely fault condition was analyzed and systematic frame of boiler fault diagnosis was presented according to the boiler system’s construction and function and fault traits, which were combined with boiler operation characteristic, the knowledge base and reasoning machine of the boiler operation fault diagnosis system were set up, at last, the system design was carried out using VC++.
