SCR反应器入口段流场均匀性的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 以某600MW燃煤电厂SCR反应器为对象建立模型,采用先进的流体动力学计算软件ANSYS-CFX10.0对变工况下多种导流板的设计和布置方案进行了数值模拟。通过定义一些无量纲参数,提出了反应器上部弧形导流板空间位置的描述方法,为模型的缩放和重构提供了数据指导。利用速度矢量图、分布图等对各方案的模拟结果进行了定性分析。为了量化流场的均匀性程度,引入了相对标准偏差的概念,方便了对模拟结果的定量比较。结合对系统压降的分析,最终确定了优化的导流板布置方案,为揭示SCR反应器流场的运动规律及导流装置的设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The numerical model has been established for the SCR reactor of a 600MW coal-fired power plant. Numerical Simulation has been carried out on various designing and disposing scheme of fluid guiding vane under different working conditions, by using the advanced CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) software ANSYS-CFX10.0. A method has been proposed for describing the location of arc shape fluid guiding vane in the upper reactor, with some dimensionless parameters defined, which provides data reference for model scaling and reconstructing. The simulation results were analyzed qualitatively by reviewing velocity vector plot, velocity distribution plot and et al. In order to quantify the fluid field uniformity, relative standard deviation was introduced, which well facilitates the quantitative comparison of simulation results. Combined with review on SCR system pressure drop, optimized disposing scheme of fluid guiding vane was finally determined, which could serve as a reference for designing fluid guiding device, and for revealing the fluid motion principle in SCR reactor.
