GZ动物医院连锁经营模式设计

【摘要】 连锁经营最早是在西方市场经济发达国家兴起和发展起来的,它的出现使流通产业发生了一场深刻的革命。连锁经营作为一种有效的运作和管理手段,被越来越多的行业所采用,它能够使分散化需求与规模化生产紧密结合,并降低单位运营成本,保证服务的质量和流程的规范。近年来,随着宠物数量的急剧增加,我国动物医院的发展更是日新月异,但基本上都是单店经营,没有出现真正的连锁经营的动物医院。每家动物医院都在人力资源和医疗硬件设备方面大量投入,却很难做到真正的人尽其才、物尽其用,造成了动物医疗资源的巨大浪费。这就要求动物医院必须引入先进的、合适的经营模式。在这个背景下,本文探讨了GZ动物医院如何发展连锁经营及在实际中如何操作的问题,凸现出重要的现实意义。本文的主要工作在于结合成熟的连锁经营理论,通过对GZ动物医院的营销环境分析,指出GZ动物医院推行连锁经营模式的优势、劣势、机会和威胁;在此基础上,详细阐述了GZ动物医院连锁经营模式的组织结构及支撑管理体系的设计思路与具体流程。最后,为GZ动物医院连锁经营模式的实施提供了一整套切实可行的具有操作性的方案。本文的创新之处在于在对GZ动物医院研究分析的基础上解决了宠物诊疗行业连锁企业经营模式选择的问题,并为GZ动物医院设计了一整套连锁经营的模式和支撑管理体系,而这些对其它动物医院连锁经营的日常营运具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chain operation was rised and developed firstly in the developed countries,its occurrence have led to a profound revolution in the field of circulation.Chain operation, as an effective means of operation and management, have been used in more and more industries. It could make the demand of decentralization and large-scale production closely integrated.It could reduce unit operating costs, and it also could ensure the quality of services and normative processes.In recent years, with the dramatic increase in the number of pets, the development of animal hospitals is changing in our country, but most of animal hospitals are single-store operation. Each animal hospital have maken greater efforts in human resources and medical hardware devices.But they can hardly be done to make the best use of really ,so it created a tremendous waste of medical resources.These require the animal hospital to use advanced and suitable business model. Under this background, we have discussed how to develop the chain operation for GZ animal hospital in this paper,so this work will has very important realistic meaning.We have analysised the marketing environment of GZ animal hospital with the mature theory of chain,and pointed out the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats of GZ animal hospital ,this also is the main value of this paper. On this basis,we have described in detail the design and specific processes of the organizational structure and management system abaut the model of chain operation.Finally, we have offered a set of scheme with practical significance to GZ animal hospital.In this paper, the innovation is ,by we have researched and analysised the model of chain operation of GZ animal hospital, the problem how to select the model of chain operation in pet clinic industry has been solved.And we have designed a set of chain business model and management system.As a matter of fact,the chain business model and management system will have some reference for the chain operation of other animal hospital.更多还原
