我国高校网络法制教育实效性研究

【摘要】 随着互联网技术的推广和迅速发展,网络作为一种传播信息的新媒体,已经成为大学生获取知识和信息的重要渠道,并对大学生的学习、生活乃至思想观念发生着广泛和深刻的影响。但是由于网络的虚拟性和难以直接控制,导致网上信息混乱,各种不良思潮充斥网络,诸多诱惑在网络蔓延,这些均给大学生的成长造成巨大冲击,大学生网络违法犯罪现象日渐凸显。在这样的背景之下,高校网络法制教育应运而生。网络法制教育是一项与传统法制教育既相联系又相区别的教育活动,高校网络法制教育是传统法制教育在互联网上的延伸和发展,是法制教育与信息网络相结合的产物,是法制教育的一种现代方式。它是根据法制教育的理论,利用计算机网络和多媒体技术所进行的法制教育实践活动,其主要方式是教育者在了解计算机网络和多媒体知识、掌握现代传播技术手段的基础上,紧密结合当代大学生认知特点,通过制作、传播法制信息,引导、培养、提高大学生的法律素养,从而成为符合社会要求的人才。目前高校网络法制教育倍受党和政府的重视和关注,很多法制教育工作者开始进行相关理论研究和实践活动,许多高校也通过建立思想政治教育专门网站进行网上法制教育。然而高校网络法制教育毕竟是一项新兴的教育活动,对于这个新鲜的教育还有一个逐渐深入的认识过程,因此有关的研究和探讨大多侧重于高校法制教育进网络的方式方法和技术层面,而对高校网络法制教育实效性的研究还有未深入。目前我国高校网络法制教育实效性究竟如何?研究实效性的意义何在?怎样增强网络法制教育的实效性?诸如此类对高校网络法制教育发展有着十分重要价值的问题尚未得到足够重视和研究,这势必会对网络法制教育的进程产生不利影响。本论文正是针对上述问题,以高校网络法制教育实效性为主要的研究对象,在深入论述高校网络法制教育实效性的理论基础上,对增强我国高校网络法制教育实效性问题作了创新性和探索性研究。主要内容为:1.详细论述了网络法制教育实效性的内涵、特征,并深入分析了网络法制教育实效性评估的意义和评估参照因素。2.详细研究了我国高校网络法制教育实效性的现状,并详细分析了网络法制教育实效性不强的具体体现。3.详细研究了制约我国高校网络法制教育实效性的因素,并具体论述了这些因素在我国网络法制教育中的现状。4.详细论述了增强我国高校网络法制教育实效性的对策,并提出应当从三个不同的层面着手探索增强实效性的具体途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization and the rapid development of Internet technology, as a new kind of medium disseminating information the Internet has already become the important channel for university students to obtain the knowledge and information, and it has extensive and deep influence on their study, life and thought.On the other hand, being virtual and difficult to directly control for Internet results in many problems such as confused online information spreading, various kinds of bad ideological trends packed with the internet, a great deal of enticement rambling. All these produce enormous impact on the growth of university students, and the phenomenon of university students’breaking laws and committing the crime through internet is more and more prominent. Under such a background, university’s internet legal education comes with the tide of fashion. The internet legal education is a kind of educational activity that interrelates with and distinguishes from the traditional legal education, which is the extension and development of traditional legal education on Internet, and the outcome of combining the legal education with the internet, as well as a kind of modern way of the legal education. It is the legal system educational practice activity that utilizes the computer network and multimedia technology according to the theory of the legal education. On the basis of educator’s understanding the knowledge of computer network and the multimedia, mastering modern propagating technological means, combining the contemporary university student’s cognitive characteristic closely, through making, propagating legal system information, the educators lead, train, improve university students’ legal accomplishment so as to make them to become the talents who accord with the social demands. At present University internet legal education is paid more attention of the Party and government, a lot of legal system educators start relevant theoretical research and practice activity, a lot of universities carry on the online legal education through setting up special websites of ideological and political education too. However university’s internet legal education is a burgeoning educational activities after all, there exists a gradually deep process of cognition as for the fresh education, so relevant research and the discussion mostly put emphasis on accessible methods and the technological aspect of internet legal education, there lacks the study on actual effects of the university’s legal education. How on earth is the actual effects of the university’s legal education?What is the real meaning of doing research on the Studying the actual effects of the university’s legal education?How to strengthen the substantial results of the internet legal education? All those questions haven’t been paid enough attention to. But this situation certainly will result in disadvantages for internet legal education.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems, regarding the actual effects of the university’s legal education as the main research object, on the basis of discussing the theory of university’s internet legal education thoroughly, the thesis does an innovative and exploring research on the strengthening the university’s actual effect of internet legal education? The main contents are as follows:1. Discussing in detail the meaning, characteristics of the actual effects of internet legal education, and further analyzing the meaning and assessment reference factors of the internet legal education2. Discussing in detail the status quo of actual effect of university’s internet legal education and analyzing the embodiment of lack of substantial results.3. Discussing in detail the factors of restricting actual effect of university’s internet legal education and the status in quo.4. Discussing in detail countermeasures of strengthening the university’s actual effect of internet legal education in our country, putting forward the concrete ways to strengthen the substantial results from three dimensions.更多还原
