基于主从式控制结构的电动光栅硬件设计

【摘要】 随着肿瘤放射治疗技术的发展,调强放射治疗(IMRT)已经成为二十一世纪放射治疗技术的主流技术。作为IMRT的必备设备,电动多叶光栅(DMLC)具有重要的研究价值。本文探讨了电动多叶光栅的基本工作原理和硬件结构,论文涉及了主从式结构的电动多叶光栅控制电路完整的设计过程,包括系统功能的分析、系统方案的设计、硬件电路的设计、以及程序的编写和功能实现。详细的介绍ARM核心控制部分、ARM-FPGA信息管理和控制部分、电机驱动部分的功能。本文最后提供了测试系统功能的方法并给出了部分测试结果。本设计采用先进的现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件以及ARM微处理器,实现电动多叶光栅的静态适形(Aperture)、静态调强(Step-and-shoot)、动态调强(Sliding-window)功能。论文中介绍了采用数字PID控制的方法来对叶片实施控制,实现了对叶片速度和位置的有效控制,达到了控制精度的要求。经测试表明,本项目研制的主从式结构电动多叶光栅实现了调强放疗要求的基本功能,并具有稳定性好,叶片控制精度高的特点,完全能够满足调强放射治疗的要求。

【Abstract】 With the devolopment of the radiation therapy,intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) have been the leading technology of radiation therapy in the 21st century. As one of the indispensable equipment that used in IMRT,DMLC has important value to research.Basic theory and hardware construction of the DMLC were described in this dissertation. Whole design process of control circuit of multi-leaf collimator,including analysis of system function, design of system project, design of hardware circuit were also described in this paper, programming and realization of function. And it detailedly discussed the function of core control part of ARM,information manage and control part of ARM-FPGA,drive part of motor.At last,it provide method of testing system function and sppuly part of testing result.Field Programmable Gates Array (FPGA) and ARM micro processor were used to realize function of Aperture、Step-and-shoot、Sliding-window. Theory of digital PID was ued in leaf control,it realize effective speed control and position control and achieve precision of leaf control.Test results indicate that this DMLC had realized basic fuction of IMRT. It has advantage of high-stabilitiy and high-control precision and can meet the all requirement of IMRT.
