【摘要】 目的试图探讨医科学生的创造力倾向与心理健康水平的关系及相互作用方式,从而为高等医科院校采取有针对性的措施对医学生创造能力的培养、发展、巩固及完善提供必要的理论基础和科学依据。方法本研究使用威廉斯创造力倾向量表、SCL-90症状自评量表及适应不良因子(中国修订的心理健康量表)对中国医科大学五年制本科生大一至大三各年级学生进行抽样调查,取得有效被试574人,研究医学生创造力倾向与心理健康水平之间的关系。问卷调研,收集研究数据。使用心理测量学理论和心理统计分析方法(全部数据采用SPSS统计软件进行处理,描述统计、方差分析、相关分析和回归等)整理数据,并进行比较和分析,得出初步结论。理论概括。在对实验结果作对比及相关分析后,做出理论概括,总结医学生心理健康水平与创造力倾向关系,提出对策性建议。结果1、威廉斯创造力测验各维度的相关分析:对医学生创造力倾向测验各维度的相关分析表明,各维度之间呈中等相关;各维度与总问卷呈高相关,在0.01水平显著,基本能说明问卷的效度。2、威廉斯创造力倾向测验的信度分析:在医学生测验中,威廉斯创造力倾向量表各维度及总量表内部一致性系数(a系数)在0.29～0.82之间,间隔四个星期的再测信度系数在0.51～0.65之间,两次测验相关在0.01水平显著,说明该问卷具有较高的信度。3、性别差异分析:男生与女生创造力倾向水平有显著性差异,男生高于女生,很大程度上是性别角色差异的反映(男生的四个主因素均高于女生)。4、年级差异分析:医学生新生与三年级学生在想象力、好奇心方面存在显著差异,在冒险性、挑战性方面没有明显差异。5、医学生创造力倾向、适应不良与心理健康之间的相关分析:通过对医学生创造力倾向、适应不良与心理健康之间的相关分析结果表明,医学生的适应性与创造力倾向总分之间存在显著性负相关。同时医学生的适应性与心理健康的各因素呈极显著性正相关;医学生创造力倾向与心理健康各因素呈负相关。6、医学生创造力倾向、适应性与心理健康之间的回归分析:进一步的回归分析表明适应不良对创造倾向、心理健康有很好的预测作用。这说明适应不良的学生的心理健康状况较差,适应性强的学生的创造力倾向明显。结论通过分析研究表明,威廉斯创造力倾向测验在我国医学生群体中具有较好的信度和效度,将其运用在我国医学生身上是较适用的。创造力倾向水平有显著的性别差异性,男生高于女生;年级差异各因素不均衡,医学新生与三年级学生在想象力、好奇心方面存在显著差异,在冒险性、挑战性方面没有明显差异。本研究表明医学生创造力倾向与心理健康各因素成负相关;医学生的心理健康的各因素与适应性呈极显著性正相关;同时,医学生的创造力倾向总分与适应性之间存在显著性负相关。而且适应不良对创造倾向、心理健康有很好的预测作用。这说明适应不良医学生的心理健康状况较差,适应性强的学生的创造力倾向明显。关于医学生的心理健康与创造力倾向以及适应能力之间的关系还需要进一步的实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectivesTo investigate the relationship and interactive mode between tendency of creativity and mental health of medical students,thereby providing high medical school essential rationale and scientific proof to take directive measures to cultivate,develop, consolidate and consummate the creative ability of medical students.MethodsThere were 574 students of china medical university from first grade to third grade received sampling survey respectively by SCL-90 symptom checklist,maladaptation factor(mental health scale amended by China) and Williams’ scale for tendency of creativity to study the relation between tendency of creativity and mental health of medical studentsQuestionnaire investigation and data collection.Compared and analyzed the data with psychometrics theory and psychological statistical analysis(All the data were processed by SPSS).Theory summary.Summarized the relationship between tendency of creativity and mental health of medical students after analyzing the test result and provided strategic suggestions.Results1.Correlation analysis of each parameter in Williams’ test for tendency of creativity:showed moderate correlation among each parameter,and high correlation between each parameter and the questionnaire(in the level of 0.01).2.Reliability analysis of Williams’ test for tendency of creativity:the internal concordance modulus(modulus a) of each parameter in Williams’ scale and the quantity scale ranged from 0.29 to 0.82,while ranged from 0.51 to 0.65 four weeks later.In the two tests,it showed significant correlation in the level of 0.01,which demonstrated high reliability of the questionnaire.3.There was significant difference in tendency of creativity between boys and girls,boys possessed higher ability,which reflected the difference of gender role to a great degree.4.It showed significant difference in ideality and curiosity between the first grade students and the third grade students,While no difference in adventure and challenge ability.5.Correlation analysis of tendency of creativity,maladaptation and mental health for medical students.It showed significant negative correlation between tendency of creativity and adaptability,and more significant positive correlation between adaptability and mental health,and negative correlation between tendency of creativity and each factor of mental health.6.Regression analysis of tendency of creativity,adaptability and mental health for medical students.It showed that maladaptation had good anticipation on tendency of creativity and mental health,which demonstrated that the students with maladaptation had worse mental health,while the adaptable students possessed good creativity.ConclusionsThe study indicated that Williams’ test for tendency of creativity had good reliability and validity in group of domestic medical students.It was applied for domestic medical students.There was significant gender difference in tendency of creativity,boys possessed higher ability.The factors of grade difference was unbalanced, It showed significant difference in ideality and curiosity between the first grade students and the third grade students,While no difference in adventure and challenge ability.The study also indicated that it was negative correlation between tendency of creativity and each factor of mental health,and more significant positive correlation between adaptability and each factor of mental health,and significant negative correlation between tendency of creativity and adaptability.Maladaptation had good anticipation on tendency of creativity and mental health,which demonstrated that the students with maladaptation had worse mental health,while the adaptable students possessed good creativity.The relation of mental health,tendency of creativity and adaptability of medical students need further research.更多还原
