【摘要】 当代中国城市化正进入快速发展时期,到2008年底,我国城市化率已经达到44.9%。随着城市化的加快,乡村区域农业结构、生态状况、人口结构、以及心理文化的改革与变化给乡村人居环境的发展带来前所未有的问题。正确的应对这些发展中的挑战,抓住城市化带来的机遇,顺利引导乡村各种转变顺应城市化的要求,在统筹城乡经济协调发展的基础上,利用城市经济和文明带动乡村前进的步伐,改善乡村现有的人居环境,关系到我国整体人居环境的改善和社会经济的发展。本文从城市化对乡村人居环境的影响着手,分析了在城市化快速发展阶段乡村人居环境现状,在总结城市化对乡村人居环境影响的优势、劣势、机遇、风险四个方面,利用SWOT分析法得出改进乡村人居环境的战略措施。最后提出改善乡村人居环境的方法。根据以上思路,本文共分三部分,其具体内容如下:第一部分(第一章、第二章)首先介绍了研究的背景、意义以及拟解决的关键问题,提出了本文的研究思路、研究方法。然后就本文中涉及到的相关概念做了界定,回顾了国内外乡村人居环境理论研究和实践研究的主要成果,形成本文研究的重要理论基础。第二部分(第三章、第四章)分析了乡村人居环境建设的现状,阐述了快速城市化对乡村人居环境各方面的影响,包括乡村自然生态系统、乡村的社会发展状况、乡村住房建设以及乡村基础设施建设。在此基础上利用SWOT分析法,综合在城市化中乡村人居环境建设的优劣势,提出建设乡村人居环境的战略措施。第三部分(第五章、第六章)根据以上的综合分析,提出以城市化发展带动乡村人居环境可持续发展的理念,包括城乡协调,促进乡村经济发展;提高乡村居民思想“城市化”,构建乡村居民良好生活理念和加强乡村规划设计三项措施。最后,对整个研究工作进行了总结和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is entering a period of rapid urbanization. To the end of 2008, China’s urbanization rate has reached 44.9%.With the acceleration of the urbanization , reform and change of the agricultural structure , ecological structure, population structure, as well as psychological and cultural variation in rural areas brought unprecedented problems of rural human settlements environment.Be responsive to the challenges of these developments,and seize the opportunities brought about by urbanization, It is the requirements of urbanization to guide positively all various transformations of rural areas. In co-ordinating urban and rural economic and social development, Urban economy and civilization will greatly push forward the pace of progress in rural. To improve the current rural human settlements environment, and promoting sustainable development of rural areas, that is related to China’s overall improvement of human settlements and socio-economic development.This text analysed rapid urbanization on the impact of rural human settlements environment, and current situation characteristic. Applies the analytic method of SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of rural human settlements environment and provides some feasible development strategies for them.Based on the above ideas, this article is divided into three sections, the specific details are as follows:The first part (Chapter I, Chapter II) firstly introduced the background to the study, as well as the key issues to be resolved, propose research ideas ,and research methods in this paper. Then, some related concepts in this article are defined. Finally, reviewed the theoretical research and practical of rural human settlements environment at home and abroad, to form an important basic theory of rural human settlements environment.The second part (Chapters III, IV) analysis of the construction of rural human settlements environment in current situation, expatiated the impact of rural human settlements environment on the rapid urbanization , including the villages of natural ecosystems, social development, rural housing construction, cultural villages and rural infrastructure construction. Based on this, use SWOT analysis, comprehensive the advantages and disadvantages of urbanization in the construction of rural human settlements environment, Proposed the strategic measures of rural human settlements environment.The third part (Chapter V, Chapter VI) based on the above comprehensive analysis, put forward the theory that advance sustainable development of rural human settlements environment though urbanization. First of all, to strengthen the coordination of urban and rural areas, promote rural economic development; Second, efforts should be made to upgrade the ideological of rural residents, set up a new living idea; Third, to strengthen rural planning and design. Finally, a summary and prospect of this thesis are discussed in the last chapter.更多还原
