【摘要】 在经济全球化、区域经济一体化和知识经济快速发展的今天,产业集群作为一种经济现象已广泛存在于经济生活当中。世界各国都有很多产业集群存在并取得了令人瞩目的成功,近年来,我国沿海的江苏、浙江、广东等省依靠大量出现的产业集群也取得了经济上的迅猛发展。因此,越来越多的地区希望借助产业集群来发展区域经济。东山作为地处我国东南沿海的一个海岛县,区位条件优越,海洋渔业资源较为丰富,但是东山县无论是在福建这个经济发达省份,还是在全国15个海岛县中,都是经济发展较慢的地区;同时近年来随着两岸关系的回暖和国家对海岛建设的重视,东山迎来了加速发展的战略机遇期;面对难得的机遇和挑战,如何更好发挥自身资源禀赋,做好承接产业转移的准备,借鉴有益的经济政策和发展模式,提高产业集群核心竞争力,是东山产业发展面临的重大课题。本文从产业集群理论入手,首先介绍了产业集群理论概念、特征,国内外研究情况,产业集群的竞争优势;在理论研究的基础上,对东山县产业集群现状进行实地调查研究,为了更清晰地考察实践中产业集群发展的存在问题与影响因素,按照政府部门和企业设计了访谈提纲并进行了相应的访谈,根据访谈结果,从政府和企业角度分析影响东山产业集群发展的因素。根据前面的理论基础和分析,提出东山县产业集群发展的对策与建议,最后提出未来东山县产业集群发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world,under the circumstance of globalization, regional economic integration and knowledge-based economy, the industrial cluster took one economic phenomena has widely existed during the economic life. The various countries in the world had many industrial clusters and have obtained the amazing success. In recent years,our coastal provinces, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong,have depended on the mass emergence of industrial cluster to obtain the fast and fierce development on the economy. Therefore,more and more areas in our country with the aid of industrial cluster developed area economy.Dongshan as the southeast coast of China is located in an island county. It has an advantageous location and the marine fisheries resources are more abundant, but whether in Fujian province which is Economically developed or in 15 island countries, Dongshan is an underdeveloped area; at the same time as the relations across the Taiwan Straits in recent years is warmer and our country places great emphasis on island countries construction, Dongshan needs the accelerated development of the strategic opportunity; facing unique opportunities and challenges, how to play to their resource endowments, to do a good job to undertake the transformation of industry , to learn from good economic policy and development models to enhance the core competitiveness of industrial clusters is the major issues of Dongshan industrial development.Starting from the industrial cluster theory, the paper first introduces the concept , characteristics of industry cluster theory, research at home and abroad on and the competitive advantages of industrial cluster; on the basis of theoretical research , the author investigated the industrial clusters status of Dongshan ;In order to more clearly study the impact of factors and problems of industrial cluster development in practice; in accordance with government departments and enterprises, the author designed outline of the interviews and conducted interviews with the corresponding. According to interviews, the author analyzed the impact of Dongshan industrial cluster development from the point of government and enterprises. Based on theory and the analysis,it gave some suggestions and countermeasure which develops to the industry cluster of Dongshan county. In the final,the thesis proposed the future strategy direction on the industry cluster of Dongshan county.更多还原
