【摘要】 胡锦涛主席在“全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作会议”上明确指出,“切实加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,培养造就千千万万具有高尚思想品质和良好道德修养、掌握现代化建设所需要的丰富知识和扎实本领的优秀人才,是大学生们能够与时代同步伐、与祖国共命运、与人民齐奋斗,这对于确保实现全面建设小康社会、进而实现现代化的宏伟目标,确保实现中华民族的伟大复兴,具有重大而深远的战略意义。”“培养什么人、如何培养人,是我国社会主义教育事业发展中必须解决好的根本问题。”党中央对新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提出了更高的要求,如何加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是目前高校面临的一项极为紧迫的重要任务。当前,大学生思想政治教育面临着许多新的问题,要求我们创新教育理念、教育方式,切实提高教育实效。从“以人为本”的角度审视高校思想政治教育,按照“以人为本”的要求加强改进和高校思想政治教育成为高校思想政治教育面对的重要课题。“以人为本”就是要把要求尊重人、理解人、关心大学生,把不断满足大学生的全面需求、促进大学生的全面发展,作为思想政治教育的根本出发点和落脚点,在“以人为本”教育理念的指导下,实现高校思想政治教育内容、形式、方法的创新。“以人为本”是高校思想政治教育适应现代社会发展的要求,落实科学发展观的实现要求,是高校思想政治教育目标的本质要求本文通过对我国高校当前思想政治教育的现状进行总结分析,指出十六大以来高校思想政治教育工作取得的成就,存在的问题,以及对其原因的分析。然后,从“在以人为本”的视域中,结合西方人本主义教育思想的精华,对本文就以人为本视域中的高校思想政治教育的创新途径进行了一定的研究。本文提出了在实践中创新高校思想政治教育,包括变革教育观念,调整教育内容,改革教育方法,完善教育评价体系等方面进行研究。希望本文能为教育部门和广大高校在学生思想教育工作上提供一些新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Humanistic Orientation as a new concept of education, it’s has its own special meaning. It requires colleges and universities changing the conceptions of ideological and political education affairs in the past, achieving the innovation of the form of ideological and political education, and promoting the healthy growth of university students under the guidance of the principle of Humanistic Orientation.The conception of the Humanistic Orientation requires respecting, understanding, & care for people. It takes the continuously meeting the full demand, promoting the all-round development of human, as a starting point and the goal of the development. It’s the modern requirement of the ideological and political education in colleges and Universities, including the intrinsic requirement of the target of the ideological and political education, the subjective need of the self-development of the college students, & the urgent demand of the personnel training.At present, the ideological and political education of colleges students faced with many new issues, and strengthening and improving ideological and political education of college students is an important and urgent task. Western Humanist Thoughts on Education provide direction to the ideological and political education of college students, so that we can stand on a new look at the perspective of ideological and political education of colleges.This paper points out the achievements, problems, as well as their reasons of the ideological and political education of college since the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC. Then, this paper points out how to innovate ideological and political education of colleges in practice with the Essence of the Humanistic Educational Thought from the Perspective of Humanistic Orientation.We hope this article will give some help for the education government and the colleges in ideological and political education affairs.更多还原
