基于数字水印的版权保护管理系统

【摘要】 在数字技术和网络环境下,非法编辑、复制和传播数字作品变得相当容易,这给现有的版权保护机制带来了前所未有的冲击。数字水印技术是一种全新的信息安全技术,可以为多媒体数字作品的版权保护提供有效的解决手段。本文首先阐述了数字水印技术的产生、发展、基本原理和应用现状,介绍了数字水印系统的基本框架以及典型的水印算法和攻击方式,重点分析了数字水印技术在数字版权保护范畴之内的应用。在此基础上,设计并实现了一个基于数字水印的版权保护管理系统。该系统建立了一个权威的数字版权管理机构,通过“分级权利登记”为数字作品生成并嵌入不同级别的数字水印。在发生版权纠纷时,该机构作为可信第三方为权利人提供证据来鉴定相关权利。该系统具有数字版权登记、水印作品许可交易等功能,可用于数字版权的动态保护与管理。
【Abstract】 With digital technology and internet, it becomes quite easy to modify, duplicate and distribute digital works, which has great impact on the existing copyright protection system. Digital watermarking is a new information security technology, providing effective copyright protection for multi-media digital works.This dissertation illustrates the development, fundamental and application of digital watermarking technology, as well as its basic system frame, main algorithms and attacks, with focus on its application in digital copyright protection. On this basis, a solution of digital watermarking-based copyright protection management system is provided.In this solution, an authoritative Digital Copyright Administration is established. Through "level-by-level rights registration", the Administration generates digital watermarks of different levels, and embeds them in digital works. In the case of copyright disputes, the Administration provides reliable evidence for ownership proof.Integrating digital copyright registration, authorized trading for watermarked works and other functions, this system can be used for dynamic protection and management of digital copyright.
