虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪的研制

【摘要】 尺寸检测属于产品检测技术,是现代化大生产中至关重要的环节,检测技术的高低决定了生产精度、速度、可靠性等一系列工业生产指标,是影响产品生产效率的关键因素,产品生命周期中至关重要环节,检测技术的高低是整个工业技术水平的重要评定标准。目前先进工业国家尺寸检测已日益趋于自动化,集成一体化,然而国内零件尺寸检测水平还普遍偏低,根本不能满足国内工业飞速发展对零件尺寸检测高精度、自动化的要求。因此现在国内高精度高自动化集成化的尺寸检测主要靠进口,有鉴于此开发出虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪以适应国内尺寸检测领域对于高精度高自动化高集成度的尺寸检测需求。数据分析领域的SPC技术是国际上已经成功应用的过程控制与评价技术;虚拟仪器技术则是近年掀起的“软件即仪器”的仪器新思路,是软件化、自动化、集成化相统一的先进仪器技术。21世纪仪器科学发展的方向和主旋律。虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪就是基于虚拟仪器这一先进思想,依托重庆大学测试中心自主知识产权的VMIDS虚拟仪器系统的先进理念,集成SPC分析技术功能的高精度高速度的在线检测仪器。此仪器秉承了虚拟仪器简洁美观,直观易用等多种优势特点。虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪由中心控制模块、参数设置模块、数据采集模块、校准模块、数据显示模块、数据记录模块、数据回放模块、数据分析模块、打印输出模块等功能模块集成。本仪器使用VC++作为开发工具,以MYSQL数据库进行数据存储,运用SPC技术进行数据分析,把以上诸多功能模块集中于一体并以相应的功能按钮简洁明了的提供于此仪器面板供用户方便使用。虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪是在虚拟仪器技术资深科学家,秦氏模型创造者秦树人教授指导下将虚拟仪器应用于测控系统的一次成功的尝试。实践表明,虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪的研制将虚拟仪器技术与零件尺寸检测技术很好的结合起来,成功的将质量控制技术(SPC)集成于虚拟仪器内部,较好的实现了零件尺寸检测的高精度化和自动化。

【Abstract】 The part size detection belongs to the product detection technology, plays an important role in the present industry production. Level of the detection technology decides detection precision, speed, reliable and so on, a series of industrial production target, that is the key aspect which affects the product production efficiency, and that is the very important link in the product life cycle. Level of the detection technology is important evaluation standard of the entire industrial technology level. Recently, size detection tended to the automation in the advanced industrial nations day by day, However, level of the part size detection is also universal somewhat low in domestic, that simply cannot satisfy the home industry rapid development to the part size high accuracy, the automated request. Therefore, high accuracy high automation integration size detector mainly depends on the import, that is why to develop the virtual part size detector which is the high accuracy high automation high integration .In the data analysis process we adopt the statistics process control and appraisal technology (SPC) which has been already successful applied in the world. This paper combines the traditional part size detection with the modern quality control theory through the virtual instrument technology. Using the SPC technology, we can monitor the part’s production craft to assure the craft is at the controlled condition and the high quality of the part. The SPC technology might avoid the waste of products and large quantities of sub-quality products and enhanced the production efficiency. This virtual part size detector is based on advanced thought of the virtual instrument technology, depends on advanced idea of the VMIDS that is one of virtual instrument technology systems which the Chongqing University test center posses proprietary intellectual property rights.The virtual part size detector design the center control module, the parameter establishment module, the data acquisition and processing module, the data analysis module, the data display module, the data review module, the printout module and other auxiliary function module. All of these can realize acquire, process, analysis and display part size function. The instrumentation is developed in VC++, and data storage by the MYSQL database.The virtual part size detector is a successful attempt which applies the virtual instrument into measurement domain, which is sparkpluged by Professor Qin Shunren. The practice indicated that the virtual instrument can combine the traditional size detection with the quality control. And the virtual instrument’s formidable vitality and the new method of size detection are shown in this paper.
