【摘要】 建筑施工企业是国民经济中重要的生产部门之一,是国民经济的支柱产业。目前,我国建筑施工企业的水平在整体上还是属于劳动密集型产业,建筑施工企业在管理水平与竞争能力上与世界先进水平还存在较大差距。随着我国在各个方面与世界的进一步接轨,我国建筑施工企业在管理与竞争水平上的不足将使企业的发展受到严重的制约,甚至会危及到企业的生存。本论文首先对相关建筑施工企业管理水平、竞争能力的原因与领域分别进行了剖析,分析出影响建筑施工企业管理水平、竞争能力的关键因素。在此基础上,基于普遍性的企业管理水平与企业竞争能力的内在联系,运用文献资料法、比较分析法等多种科学研究方法特别分析了建筑施工企业管理与竞争的关系,提出了建筑企业管理、竞争之间变动的同向性、相互推动与促进的内在的互为能动性关系。本文的研究结论将能为我国的建筑施工企业的生存与发展提供一些理论依据和参考性的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction enterprises is an important part of the national economy,one of the productive sector is a pillar industry of national economy.At present,the level of construction enterprises in the whole is a labor-intensive industries,the management level and competitiveness of construction enterprises are still a wide gap with the world’s advanced level.As in all aspects of China’s further integration with the world, the lower lever of management and competitiveness of China’s construction enterprises will severely constrain the enterprises’ development,and may even jeopardize the survival of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper analysis the related reasons and the fields of the management level and competitiveness of construction enterprises,try to find out the key factors Influencing the management level and competitiveness of construction enterprises. Secondly,based on the universality relations of corporate governance and corporate competitiveness in construction enterprises,using many kinds of research methods such as literature and comparative analysis,the paper analysis the relations between the management and the competitiveness,put forward the each initiative relations of the same change direction and promotion each other.In this paper,the conclusions of the study will provide some theoretical basis and reference proposals for the development of China’s construction enterprises.更多还原
