临时限速联控系统的研究

【摘要】 安全是列车运行和铁路运输永恒不变的主题。近年来随着我国将既有线提速和客运专线建设的技术发展,对铁路系统的安全提出了更加严格的要求。尽管我国轨道交通安全控制技术在不断发展,但临时限速作为这个阶段内列车运行控制的重要内容及难点。还是相继发生了很多与之相关的事故,事故造成的灾害以及影响十分严重。因此需要对现有的临时限速控制方式进行更加深入的研究,提出更加有效的安全控制方法。本文以进一步提高临时限速控制系统的安全性为目的,研究并提出了基于闭环以及联控思想的临时限速安全保障的新思路,并在此设计了临时限速闭环联控系统,以体现其中的联控机制。主要完成了以下工作:第一,论文研究了国内外对临时限速的控制方式,并对去年发生的“4.28”事故案例的事故原因进行了深入的分析和归纳。详细阐述了现有的列车临时限速控制方式,并对其进行了技术分析以及安全性评价。用故障树分析法对临时限速的失效性进行了分析,得出现有临时限速控制方式的事故基本事件和各种事故模式。第二,本文在对临时限速闭环控制方式和联控方式建模的基础上,提出并建立了临时限速的联控机制。借鉴铁路信号中的“联锁”思想,构建了具体的临时限速作业环节联控形式。第三,通过在原有的TDCS系统上加入临时限速联控数据库和无线通信系统,设计临时限速联控系统。分析系统作业需求,建立临时限速联控数据库,设计了临时限速联控作业环节的数据流程。并对系统实现的关键技术进行了研究。第四,将临时限速联控系统的各个部门功能模块实现。将临时限速命令生成,签收,执行等环节中的联控信息可视化,实现对应的联控机制。制定了意外执行状况和突发条件下的安全应急措施,运用无线通信技术和管理制度实现临时限速闭环控制。对本系统联控作业方法的安全性以及系统可靠性进行数学验证和故障树的定性分析。最后得出了临时限速联控系统能够有效提高临时限速安全性的结论,并对临时限速联控的相关问题进行了进一步的展望。图29幅,表4个,参考文献33篇
【Abstract】 Safety is the eternal theme of train control and railway transportation. With the technology development on speed-raising of existing line and construction of passenger dedicated line, it demands higher requirement of railway system safety. Though Chinese safety control technology for rail transit has constant development, temporary speed restriction is the important content and difficulty of train control at present. Accidents which were made by temporary speed restriction losing control continued to happen. The disaster and influence caused by accidents was very serious. Therefore, it needs to do more in-depth study on existing temporary speed restriction control method and put forward more effective security temporary speed restriction control method.With the purpose of further improvement of temporary speed restriction control system safety, a new thought for safety guarantee of temporary speed restriction which is based on closed-Loop and joint control ideology was studied and proposed. Temporary speed restriction closed-Loop and joint control system was designed and joint control mechanism was embodied. Research is focus on the following:First, temporary speed restriction control methods was studied at home and abroad, and it dad an in-depth analysis and conclude the cause of "4.28"incident which was happened in last year. The temporary speed restriction control methods which were existed were described detailedly and given technology analysis and assessment in this article. The basic events of accident and accident modes which were in existing temporary speed restriction control method were educed by using fault tree method to analyze invalidation of temporary speed restriction.Second, a temporary speed restriction control method which had joint control ideology was put forward, the method was based on establishing temporary speed restriction closed-loop control and joint control model. With referencing the interlock thought, we constructed the specific rules of temporary speed restriction work joint control.Third, we designed temporary speed restriction joint control system through adding temporary speed restriction joint control database and radio based cab signaling system into TDCS system. We analyzed the operation demand of system, established the temporary speed restriction joint control database, and designed the data flow of joint control operation links. And the key technology of system implementing was also expatiated.Fourth, module which belonged to different departments of temporary speed restriction joint control system was carried out. Joint control mechanisms which were in the operation links of construction plan submitting, drafting commands, receipting commands and executing commands were achieved by joint control work information visually sharing. We constituted the safety emergency measures when executing was out of the way and the temporary speed restriction was paroxysmal. It reached the state of temporary speed restriction information closed-loop through the application of the radio communication technology and rules. The security of joint control work mode and reliability of temporary speed restriction joint control system were validated by mathematical model derivation and analyzed by fault tree method.At last, it obtained the conclusion that temporary speed restriction joint control system can effectively improve the security of temporary speed restriction control, and made a further prospect on related problems of temporary speed restriction joint control.
