高速卷纸机纸卷压紧力的控制方法研究

【摘要】 我国是纸张生产大国,从2001年起,我国已经在纸张生产量、消费量方面双双跃居世界第二,并且不断缩小与美国之间的差距。造纸行业发展的健康与否,已经成为一个关系国民经济的重要课题。然而我国现今的造纸企业所使用的造纸设备,大部分仍然性能低下,生产能力不容乐观;少数使用先进设备的生产企业,其设备也都来自国外企业的,生产设备的核心技术不能由自己掌握,长期生产低附加值产品,对于我国向生产链上游移动造成了极大的阻碍。因此,研究新型高性能的高速、宽幅、低损纸率造纸机械,势在必行。作为造纸机的终端设备,卷纸机的性能对于最终成形母卷的质量有着重要的影响。对于卷纸压紧力的控制,又是影响最终母卷质量的关键因素之一。本文选择“高速卷纸机纸卷压紧力的控制方法研究”作为研究课题,旨在研究一种结构简单,满足宽幅、高速卷纸机要求的控制方法。在调研、文献阅读和分析的基础上,设计了压紧力控制机构液压系统,对于液压系统主要元件进行了选择,并对执行元件进行了校核。为了满足卷纸机对于压紧力控制的要求,改进设计了一种压力流量复合阀,对其进行了理论分析与仿真验证,并选择了步进电机与转换装置,完成了数字压力流量复合阀的设计。根据卷纸机高速精确控制的要求,选用了技术成熟、工作速度快、效率高的DSP芯片作为控制核心,设计了控制系统硬件连接图,并对控制流程进行了规划。应用AMESim仿真软件对压力流量复合阀与液压系统分别进行了建模、仿真、验证。仿真结果表明,系统动作迅速、准确,压力、位移输出精确、稳定,符合系统设计要求。

【Abstract】 As a big paper-producing country, China had been the second biggest paper-producing and paper-consuming country from the year 2001 on, and continuously narrowed the margin of United States. How the paper-producing develops has become an important topic that relates to national economy. However, the paper-producing equipments used by the most paper-producing corporations in our country are of low capability, and the productivity are of no optimistic; Some other advanced equipments are produced by foreign corporation, it will be the interference of the way to the upper stream that the core techniques are not owned by ourselves and produce of low-addition value production for a long period. Study of the paper-producing equipments of high-rolling-speed, wide-breadth and low-paper-wasting is a imminence mission for us.As the terminal equipment of paper-producer, the capability of the reel machine plays an important role of producing the high quality paper. The control of the paper-reel pressing plays a key role of the reel quality.“The Study of Nip Pressure Control Methods of High Speed Reel Machine”is selected as the research subject, in order to design a new type of high-speed, wide-breadth reel-pressing control system of simple fabric.It designed the hydraulic system of paper-reel pressing control in this text, which is based on the study and investigation of the character of paper-reel pressing control. It selected the main hydraulic units and checked them in the text.It studied and improved a digital P-Q valve, analyzed it in the theory and checked by emulation, selected the stepper motor and transmission, and made the study tentatively. For the high-frequency and accurate control characteristics of reel machine, it selected DSP chip which is technical-matured, high-frequency and effective as the core of the control system, and made the hardware connection and programme conspectus.It used AMESim to emulate the P-Q valve and the hydraulic system. The result suggested that the system worked promptly and accurately, the outputs were precise and steady, and they can meet the design perfectly.
