【摘要】 本文研究的主题是产学研联盟形成的动因分析,按照“总结现象-提出问题-文献综述-理论分析-博弈分析”的思路逐步展开。第一章首先从我国产学研的现状出发,总结了现阶段产学研合作中的不足和缺陷。接着通过文献综述的方式对产学研联盟中的主要问题进行了归纳。最后提出了本文的研究思路和主要内容。第二章首先对产学研联盟和产学研联盟动因的概念进行了界定,接着从交易成本理论和资源依赖、资源基础理论的角度对产学研联盟的动因进行了分析。第三章主要分析了产学研联盟动因与产学研联盟的模式、风险和绩效之间的关系,并对相应的内容进行了探讨。第四章从博弈论的角度,分别从企业自主研发、静态非合作博弈、动态非合作博弈和合作博弈的角度,进一步论证了产学研联盟的形成动因和发展方向。第五章对全文的内容进行了总结,并对将来的研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main subject of this dissertation is about motivation about formation of industry university institute alliance. According to the structure of“phenomenon summarization– question formation - literature review– theory analysis– game theory analysis”, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter one firstly summarizes the insufficiency and defection during the industry university institute cooperation from the current statues of our country, secondly summarizes the major subject of industry university institute alliance by literature review, lastly provides the research idea and major subject of this dissertation. Chapter two firstly defines the concept of industry university institute alliance and its motivations, then analysis these motivations from the perspectives of transaction cost theory, resources dependence theory and resources based theory. Chapter three mainly analysis the relationship between motivation and pattern, risk, performance, then discusses the correspondent subject. Chapter four discusses the motivation and future development of industry university institute alliance from the perspectives of enterprise dependent research, static non-cooperative game, dynamic non-cooperative game and cooperative game according to game theory. Chapter five summarizes the main subject of this dissertation and discusses the direction of future research.更多还原
