【摘要】 中国女足在1996年亚特兰大奥运会和1999年第三届女足世界杯双双获得亚军,成就辉煌。但是,随着世界女子足球运动的蓬勃发展,技战术水平不断提高,中国女足逐渐走向衰败。如何引导中国女足走出低谷是目前中国足球工作者无法回避的课题。有关专家认为,高校女子足球运动发展的好坏直接影响到一个国家女子足球运动的整体水平。在中国,“体教结合”的提出,指出了学校体育和竞技体育的一种结合发展方向,也给高校建立高水平运动队提供了政策上的有力支持。本课题以湖南省高校女子足球运动作为研究对象,采取文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科学研究方法,对湖南省高校女子足球运动开展的内部环境和外部环境以及影响其发展的相关因素进行了从理论到实践层面的梳理,并在此基础上提出在湖南省高校开展女子足球运动的优化对策。主要结论有:(1)湖南省高校女子足球运动的现状是起步较晚,普及程度较低,高水平足球队数量较少;(2)湖南省高校女子足球运动开展的内部环境差强人意:运动训练的场地器材条件差、经费不足、时间偏少;生源状况不甚理想;省内大型竞赛很少,比赛级别不高;教练员现状较队员稍好,教练员学历、职称、年龄结构合理,教练员等级较低,科研能力较强;(3)湖南省高校女子足球运动开展的外部环境相对乐观:政府和学校制定的政策方针对高校女足的发展较为有利;高校教师及学生自身对女子足球运动大多持肯定态度,但学生家长对女子足球运动的社会价值观亟待转变;(4)影响湖南省高校女子足球运动发展的因素诸多,主要集中在政府的重视程度及资金投入、高校招收运动员的政策、运动员的来源以及学校领导重视程度等几个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese women’s football takes the second place, the magnificent achievement in the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996 and the Third Session of Women’s Football World Cup in 1999. But, with the world women’s football movement’s vigorous development and the technique and tactics level’s enhancement, the Chinese women’s football moves toward the deterioration gradually. How guides the Chinese women’s football to go out from the trough is the topic which the present Chinese football workers are unable to avoid. The concerned experts believed that the qualities of women football movement development in universities immediately influence the overall level of the country’s women football movement. In China, "The Sports unifying the Education" pointed out, one kind of union development direction of school sports and athletics sports, and also it provided the polical powerful support for standing high level sports team in universities.The topic, adopting document data, the expert-interview method, on-the-spot investigation method, the questionnaire survey procedure, the mathematical method of average and so on, takes women’s football movement of Hunan universities as the study object. It carries on the internal and external environment and correlation factors of the development of women’s football movement in Hunan universities from theories to practice, on the base, proposing the measures and countermeasures about developing the women’s football movement in Hunan universities.The main conclusions include : (1):The present situation of women’s football movement in Hunan universities is that, start-point is late, the popular degree is low, high level football teames are few; (2): The internal environment of development of women’s football movement in Hunan universities is barely satisfactory: The condition of training-location and equipment is not very good, the funds are insufficiency, and the time are low; The source of students’ condition are really not ideal; In the province, the large competition are very few, and the competitions’ level are not high; The coaches’ present situation, whose qualifications, job title, age structure are reasonable,comparing the team members, is fairly good. The coaches’ degree is low, but their scientific research ability is strong; (3): The external environment of development of women’s football movement in Hunan universities is relatively optimistic: The policies made by government and the school are more advantageous to development universities’ women football; The university teachers and students themselves mostly hold the affirmative attitude to the women’s football movement, but the parents of students’ social values to women’s football movement need to transform urgently; (4): The influencing factors of development of women’s football movement in Hunan universities are many, mainly concentrating in government’s value degree, the funding investion, the policy of recruiting athletes, the athletes’ origin , as well as the school leaderes’ degree and so on.更多还原
