【摘要】 党从诞生的那天起,就十分重视自身的先进性建设,党的历次重要会议也对党的先进性建设做出了突出的贡献。1945年4月23日至6月11日在延安杨家岭中央大礼堂召开的第七次全国代表大会是以“团结的大会、胜利的大会”而载入史册的。正是在七大正确路线的指引下,在世界战争形势和中国革命形势的巨变中,中国共产党和中国人民赢来了抗日战争的伟大胜利,并很快取得了解放战争的彻底胜利,建立了新中国。今天回顾半个多世纪前的这次大会,其对中国革命的胜利和中国社会的历史变迁产生了巨大的指导作用,其在政治上、思想上、组织上和作风上的许多重大建树,为党的先进性建设做出了重要的历史贡献,对于新时期党的先进性建设提供了重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文分三部分论述。第一部分,从三个方面分析了“七大”前夕党的先进性建设现状。1.党所处的历史方位;2.先进性建设取得的成就;3.先进性建设存在的问题。第二部分,从五个方面论述了“七大”对党的先进性建设的主要贡献。1.初步界定了检验党先进性的根本标准;2.制定了正确的政治路线;3.确立毛泽东思想作为党的指导思想;4.发扬党内民主,加强党的民主集中制;5.发扬党的优良传统。第三部分,从四个方面论述了新时期基于七大视角下对党的先进性建设的创新思考。1.新时期党的先进性建设是党的阶级性和群众性的统一;2.新时期党的先进性建设离不开党的指导思想时代性和创新性的统一;3.新时期党的先进性建设要求吸收借鉴与继承发展的统一;4.新时期党的先进性建设是整体发展与个体发展的统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Party attached great importance to its progressiveness construction since it came into being, and the major conferences of the Party made great contribution to the party’s progressiveness construction. The 7th National Congress, which was held in Yang Jialing central auditorium of Yan’an from April 23 to June 11, 1945, went down in history as the General Assembly of unity and victory. It was under the guidance of the correct line of the Seventh National Congress, and in the great changes of world wars and Chinese revoluntions that the Communist Party of China and Chinese people won a great victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan and quickly achieved a complete victory in the War of Liberation, then establishing New China.Looking back it today, the General Assembly has played important guiding roles in the victory of Chinese revolutions and historical changes of Chinese society. Many significant achievements on politics, thoughts, organizations and styles have made important historic contribution to the Party’s progressiveness construction and have provided theoretical and practical significance for the Party’s progressiveness construction in the new era.This article contains three main parts:In the first part, it analyzes the currenct situations of the Party’s progressiveness construction before the 7th National Congress of CPC as follows : i. the Party’s historic positions; ii. achievements of the Party’s progressiveness construction;iii. problems existing in the Party’s progressiveness construction.In the second part, it discusses the main contribution the 7th National Congress of CPC made to the Party’s progressiveness construction as follows: i. preliminarily define the fundamental criteria of testing the Party’s progressiveness; ii. work out the correct political line;iii. establish Mao Zedong Thought being the Party’s guiding ideology; iv. promote inner-Party democracy and strengthen the Party’s democratic centralism; v. promote the Party’s fine tradition.In the third part, it comments innovative thinking of the Party’s progressiveness construction in the new era, based on the perspective of the 7th National Congress of CPC:i. in the new era, the Party’s progressiveness construction is the unity of the Party’s class character and the masses; ii. in the new era, the Party’s progressiveness construction can not be separated from the unity of times and innovations of the Party’s guiding ideology; iii. in the new era , the Party’s progressiveness construction requires the unity of absorption and inheritance; iv. in the new era, the Party’s progressiveness construction is the unity of overall development and individual development.更多还原
