【摘要】 21世纪是生态文明的世纪,科技的进步与社会的发展导致生态危机的出现,并严重威胁着人类的生存。作为发展中国家的我国,人与自然关系的失衡、经济发展与资源供求的矛盾、公众环保意识与国家保护环境举措相违背的事实都阻碍着环境友好型社会的建设。随着现代生态哲学、生态伦理学及可持续发展教育研究的进一步深化,提出全新的生态文明教育概念,并对其进行合理诠释,可以进一步丰富马克思主义生态文明理论。在科学发展观的指导下,通过生态文明教育,促进全社会树立生态文明观,进而提升全民整体素质,对建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,最终实现全面建设小康社会的现实目标具有重要的意义。在全球环境公害事件频演、生态污染日益严重的今天,加强对全体国民的生态文明教育,是建设环境友好型社会的唯一长久之计,是新时期加强素质教育极为重要的任务,对促进人的全面发展具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。从本质上说,生态文明教育对于中国新世纪环境友好型社会的建设具有举足轻重的作用,也是从根本上提高全民素质、树立生态文明观、提高生态环境保护意识的根本途径。本文立足于马克思主义的实践观,从马克思主义生态文明理论的角度出发,结合党的十六届五中全会和十一五规划提出建设环境友好型社会的任务,探索生态文明教育在教育体系中还不够完善的方面,并提供有效模式进行生态文明的终身教育。从物质与意识的唯物主义辩证关系可以看出,生态文明教育与环境友好型社会建设的作用与反作用十分巨大,从更深一层的角度来说,二者是统一的。更多还原
